The present invention relates to hard on a cigarette pack with an articulated lid and cigarette package containing several of these packages.

In General, hard cigarette package of the type described packs with articulated lid rectangular parallelepipedal shape and look as the container has a lid pivotally attached to the open upper end of the container and, thus, rotatable between open and closed container.

The container is designed to hold a group of cigarettes wrapped in an inner wrapper, and a few packs fit inside a cigarette package.

As the container and cover have a front and rear surface, two side surfaces and the corresponding end surface coincident with the bottom and top of the stack.

The pack has an internal reinforcing frame containing the front section and two side stretch, articulated to the front area located partially inside the container, with the front section attached to the front wall, which corresponds to the front surface of the container, and with the side sections attached to the two lateral walls corresponding to the side surfaces of the container. Correct and stable retention of the lid in the closed position is enhanced by the, mainly defined by a pair of reeds, formed from the corresponding cut is made along the fold line connecting the side sections and the front section, which support the front area on both sides so as to intersect inside with the sides of the cover in its closed position.

Hard pack, of the type described tutu, usually formed from a flat stamped blank, essentially rectangular in shape, is made with a transverse bend lines posted for the formation of the first larger end wall coincident with the front surface of the container, the first lower intermediate walls coinciding with the bottom, the second larger wall coinciding with the rear surface of the container, the second lower intermediate walls coinciding with the rear surface of the cover, also another smaller intermediate walls coinciding with the top of the third, more walls, which coincides with the front surface of the cap and the end wall serving to harden cover.

The blank also has a longitudinal fold lines along which the respective pairs of wings pivotally attached to the aforementioned walls so that when the blank is bent and the packet is going, these shutters are combined with the formation of the side surfaces and reinforcing folds for compact surfaces.

The lateral dimensions of the walls allow the front and C the days of surfaces, as the container and the lid, to prevail over the transverse dimensions of the valves forming the side surface so that the bundle is flattened parallelepipedal design.

One of the drawbacks of flat packs parallelepipedal shape with a rectangular cross-section, in which one dimension is significantly greater than the other, is that the gradual removing the cigarettes from the package provides the cigarettes that are left inside, the acquisition of significant freedom of movement in the transverse direction of the prevailing size, so the group is committed to the destruction, cigarettes hit each other, and a significant number of tobacco filters lose their mouthpieces.

Another disadvantage associated directly with flat parallelepipedal form packs, is that cigarette left in the pack naturally fall to the side, positioned asymmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the stack and essentially parallel to the diagonal of the front and rear surfaces, so lost the right position of the group, collected in full amount. This deficiency in combination with a relatively small cross-sectional dimension of the side surfaces especially difficult for a smoker capture the remaining cigarettes, leading to the fact that cigarettes can further be damaged, bent, or even LOMAC is expected.

In U.S. patent 5487468 opened cigarette pack having a shape of a prism with a base in the form of a polygon with more than three sides.

The technical result of the present invention is to increase the rigidity of the cigarette packs to protect the cigarettes placed in it.

The workpiece 37 also has a transverse V-shaped incision 42, crossing three pre-bent region 38 of the bend, and more exactly, consisting of two flue sections 43, angled, converging in the Central pre-bent region 38 of the bend, whereby the front wall 14 of the container 10 from one side separated from the front wall 16 of the cover 12 with the other hand. The two ends of the transverse V-shaped section 42 connected to respective lines 44 fold (dotted lines)passing transversely through the two walls 40, 41 and acting as a hinge 19 of the cover 12.

The wall 40, coinciding with the rear part 17 of the stack 1, is connected with the upper flap 45 and the bottom flap 46, each of which is connected with the wall 40 by a corresponding line 47 bend. The two openings 45, 46 coincide respectively with the upper end surface 8 or top and bottom end surface 9 or the bottom of the stack 1.

Two free sides of the lower sash 46 are two corresponding valve 48, which may be attached to the inner surfaces of the walls 39, ppsr is giving with the front wall 14 of the container 10, so the bottom flap 46 will form the bottom of the 9 packs of 1.

Two free sides of the upper sash 45 are two corresponding valve 49, which can be attached to the inner surfaces of the walls 39, coinciding with the front wall 16 of the cover 12 so that the upper sash 45 will form the top 8 packs of 1.

The valve 49 of the upper sash 45 proportionally spaced around the periphery so that when you attach to the inner surfaces of the front wall 16 of the cover 12 of their free edge 50 does not cover any pre-bent region 38 bend or V-shaped incision 42.

More precisely, the free edge 50 of each valve 49 includes three exhaust section 51, 52, 53, of which the first two sections 51, 52 are parallel to the Central pre-bent region 38 and the exhaust sections 43 V-shaped section 42 during Assembly of the stack.

As shown in figure 5, the workpiece 37 is bent to form the stack 1, as shown in figure 1, pre-bent region 38 bend consist of only relevant lines 54 bend, which form a sharp corner edge 25 in the finished unit 1. Accordingly, the top of the upper valve 45 and the lower valve 46 are kind of sharp corners.

As shown in Fig.7, the workpiece 37 is bent to form the stack 1, as shown in figure 2, each pre-bent region 38 bend consists of DV is x mutually parallel fold lines 55, posted on the first selected distance. Accordingly, the top of the upper and lower valves 45, 46 are truncated.

In the variant shown in Fig, such retaining means 66 look like a pair of reeds 67 derived from the corresponding sections 68, made along the Central pre-bent region 58 bend the workpiece 57, of material containing the frame 22, as shown in figure 10, and is placed to intersect with the inner surface of the cover 12.

In the variant shown in Fig holding means look like a tongue 69, pivotally connected with the edge 62 of the frame 22, is placed on top of a V-shaped incision, the free edge of which is located in the slit 70 formed by the inner surface of the cover 12.

As shown in Fig holding means 66 look like a tongue 71 formed by the frame 22, the hinge is attached to the edge 62 of one of the corresponding wall 60, the free edge of which is located in the slit 72 formed by the inner surface of the cover 12.

As shown in figure 11, the inner wrap 4 pack formed from sheet 73 of wrapping material (usually metal foil)with the priest who ecou line of perforations 74, located, as, in particular, is seen on Fig, so as to limit the cap 75, which may be deleted by the smoker when opening packs 1 and the corresponding inner wrapper 4.

The sheet 73 is first rolled into a tube around a group 2 of cigarettes 3, after which the ends, of which only the end that is coincident with the upper end surface 76 of the inner wrapper, you can see on Fig, 15, 16, 17, is bent inwards in the sequence shown in Fig, 15, 16, 17, forming end bends 77, 78, 79, 80, which are flattened one above the other for closing the upper end surface 76.

As seen on Fig, the unit 1 can be assembled from a flat stamped workpiece 81 wrapping material having essentially a rectangular shape, and having at least five lines 82 bend separating the six walls arranged in series.

More precisely, the first end wall 83 coincides with the rear part 17 of the stack 1, the second wall 84 and the third wall 85 coincide with the front part 18 of the stack 1, the fourth wall 86 is the connecting wall and the fifth wall 87 and the sixth wall 88 will be connected respectively in contact with the inner surfaces of the second and third walls 84, 85, so that the two corresponding edges 89, passing transversely lines 82 bend, will serve as reinforcing frame 22.

The first wall 83 t is the train has a transverse line 90 bend, coinciding with the hinge 19 and separates the rear wall 13 of the container 10 from the rear wall 15 of the cover 12.

The second and third walls 84, 85 have a transverse V-shaped incision 91 which intersects the three corresponding lines 92 bend and is, more precisely, of the two outgoing angle sections 92, converging on the center line 82 of the bend, whereby the front wall 14 of the container 10 from one side separated from the front wall 16 of the cover 12 with the other hand.

The workpiece 81 also includes a sash 93, 94, 95, pivotally connected along one edge with the first, second, and third walls 83, 84, 85, respectively, one at either end, of which at least sash 93 connected to the first wall 83 are essentially rectangular in shape and coincide with the top 8 and bottom 9 packs of 1, when this flap 94, 95, pivotally attached, respectively, to the second and third walls 84, 85 are, in essence, a longer shaft than crossbar triangular shape and arranged so that two adjacent sides a, 95A converge to the specified angle.

In the assembled pack 1 two smaller folds 94, 95 will be connected with the inner surface of the larger leaf 93 without overlapping, situated rather two adjacent sides a, 95A, essentially, in abutting contact and uniting thus, with appropriate valves 93 with the formation of the top 8 and bottom 9 packs of 1.

It is clear, is that the triangular cross section of the stack 1 can be equilateral, isosceles or rectangular, and what would be the cross-section at any selected two end surfaces at the top 8 and bottom 9 packs 1 have the same triangular shape.

It is also clear that in the variant shown in Fig the stack shown in figure 3, group 2 of cigarettes 3 are stacked in four layers, while in the variant shown in Fig related to the stack shown in figure 4, the rounded corner edge 33 between the two front surfaces 6, 7 has a greater radius of curvature than the radius of curvature of the other two rounded corner edges 34, 35, allowing the placement of the group of cigarettes 3 only in three layers.

In the variant shown in Fig, the package 100 has a kind of box 101, the outer configuration which is identical to the configuration of the stack 1, as shown in figure 1, and is designed to accommodate two groups 105, 106 of the nine packs of 1, and, in particular, packet, as shown in figure 1, prepared in a stack on each other and aligned with the longitudinal axis In box 101.
