SUBSTANCE: ridge unit comprises adhesive-bonded wooden members, hinge and covering members. Unit is provided with glass-fiber plates defining curvilinear section in plane and glass-fiber semispherical heads arranged in glass-fiber plate centers. Semispherical heads are inserted in depressions made in glass-fiber centering rim. The rim edges are inserted in slots of wooden covering members. Glass fibers in curvilinear plates are oriented along plate height and width of adhesive-bonded wooden member ends. The plates does not project beyond boundaries of above ends.

EFFECT: increased strength and reduced material consumption.

The invention relates to the construction and can be used in the manufacture of wooden arches, frames and trusses.

Famous ridge site wooden construction (Design of glued wooden structures: Textbook. the allowance. Ch. III. The design of frames with curved sections and arches / Entero, Udilnikov, edited Antonova; SPb. state architect.-builds. UN-so-SPb., 1999 - S. 92, Fig. 12.9), including glued wooden elements and tiled hinge. Design tile joint is a welded shoes connected with glued wooden elements with pegs.

The disadvantage of this analogue is a significant intensity and insufficient strength as welded shoes, reinforced ribs, essentially, are hard punches. In the wood, under the edges of the welded boots appear significant hubs of normal and shearing stresses, which can lead to delamination.

Famous ridge site wooden supporting structures (Cormack LI, Walentynowicz A. Design of glued wooden structures. - Kiev: Budivelnik, 1983 - S. 83., Fig. 42, and prototype), including glued wooden elements and the cylindrical liner. A cylindrical liner inserted in the grooves in the ends of the glued wooden elements connected to each other through stripes is howling steel bolts.

One drawback of the prototype is its lack of durability, as the use of cylindrical liner leads to the appearance in the wood splitting stresses directed across the grain, and shear stress along the fibers, which leads to splitting and chipping.

The technical problem solved by the invention is to increase the strength and decrease of metal wooden structure.

The technical problem is as follows. Ridge site wooden structure consists of glued wooden elements, the hinge plates, the hinge is equipped with fiberglass plates curved in shape, the centers of which are located fiberglass hemispherical heads, which are deepening fiberglass centering washers, inserted its edges in the grooves of the wooden plates, with glass fibre, in slabs curvilinear in shape directed along the height and width of the ends of the glued wooden elements and the plates do not extend beyond the edges of these ends.

Due to the fiberglass plates curved in plan form, with certain radii of curvature of the faces and the direction of the optical fibers, and fiberglass hemispherical heads, whereby these plates perceive in their C is ntalnyh parts of concentrated efforts, - increases the strength of the ridge of the node.

The use of the design of the hinge parts from fiberglass contributes to the decrease of metal.

The site includes laminated wooden elements 1, wooden plates 2, GRP plate curved in plan form 3, fiberglass hemispherical heads 4, fiberglass centering washer 5, GRP bolts 6.

In addition, the use of fiberglass centering washer 5, inserted its edges in the grooves of the wooden plates 2, and recesses in which are fiberglass hemispherical heads 4, enables easy alignment and installation of all parts of the site in the design position.
