The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for sinter production in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, applied, in particular, in the blast furnace production.

Known mixture for the production of sinter containing ore materials, coke breeze and supplements, which use waste thermoplastics in the following ratios, wt.%: waste thermoplastics - 1-4; coke breeze - 5-14; ore materials - the rest (As the USSR №1435632, With 22 In 1/16, 1988).

The main drawback of this mixture is increased, the particle size of the waste thermoplastics, up to 10 mm. For this reason, in the locations of the particles of waste thermoplastics develop excessively high temperature that leads, first, to reduce the recoverability of the agglomerate, secondly, to the deterioration of sulfur removal. The reduction of the coke breeze for preventing deterioration of these indicators sinter quality is accompanied by increased levels of detail in it. The reduction in the recoverability of the agglomerate, the increase in sulfur content and trivia reduce the productivity of blast furnace and increased specific consumption of coke.

The closest analogue to the declared object is the charge for sinter production, including iron ore material, fuel, flux and a binder containing an organic surface the IDT-active substances, which use waste water Laundry plants in the amount of 5-10 wt.% in the following ratio of other ingredients, wt.%: flux 5-10; fuel 5-10; iron ore material - the rest (as the USSR №1770414 And 1, With 22 In 1/244, 1992).

The disadvantage of this charge - high wastewater flow of Laundry plants. Incoming moisture together with the moisture of iron ore concentrate wet concentration, flux and fuel leads to maceration of the charge, and this leads to deterioration of work and, as consequence, to decrease in productivity of sintering machine, a deterioration in the quality of sinter strength and sulfur content. The lack of sinter is necessary to compensate for the expenditure of raw ore. The reduction of the agglomerate and the deterioration of its quality reduces the productivity of the blast furnace and increase the specific consumption of coke.

An object of the invention is to increase the productivity of blast furnace and reduction of specific consumption of coke.

The problem is solved in that in the famous charge for sinter production, including flux, fuel, iron ore material and a binder containing organic surface-active substance as a binder it contains katamin when the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: flux - 5-10; fuel - 5-10; ketamin - 0,01-0,03; iron ore material - OST is lnoe.

Ketamin is a Quaternary ammonium compound obtained by condensation alkyldiphenylamine and benzylchloride (TU 6-01-816-75), with the formula R(CH3)2NCH2C6H5C1where R is a mixture of premiani alkyl residues With10-C18. The average molecular weight is 346-376. Physico-chemical properties of aqueous solution of ketamine the following:

appearance and color - transparent liquid colorless to yellow

the content of the basic substance R(CH3)2N2With6H5CL - not less than 48%

the content of the tertiary amine R3NH2With6H5- not more than 0.6%

the salt content of the tertiary amine R3N2With6H5CL is not more than 1.8%

water - the rest

the PH value of an aqueous solution - 6-7

With the addition of an aqueous solution of ketamine in charge is the adsorption of the binder on the surface of iron-containing materials due to the interaction of chlorine atoms with oxygen atoms of iron oxides having lone-pair electrons. Due alkyl and benzyl radicals is the aggregation of individual particles of iron-containing materials with improved work of the entire mixture.

When the content of the flux in the sintering charge less than 5% of the agglomerate obtained enough ofljusovannyh. For this reason, the PR shall have to enter the flux in the blast furnace charge. The flux is in the oven an additional amount, on its decomposition has to expend extra fuel. The productivity of the furnace is reduced, and the specific consumption of coke is increased.

When the content of the flux in the sintering charge more than 10% of the agglomerate is obtained redundantly ofljusovannyh. The use of such a sinter in blast furnace smelting increases the viscosity of the slag. This makes the movement of slag in the furnace coke through the nozzle and therefore leads to reduced productivity and increased specific consumption of coke.

When the fuel content in the sinter mixture is less than 5% of the agglomerate is obtained nepropechennyj and has therefore increased the fines content. This agglomerate has a low permeability in the blast furnace. For this reason, it is necessary to reduce the quantity of gases passing through the charge in the blast furnace. The use of such agglomerate reduces the productivity of the furnace and increases the specific consumption of coke.

When the fuel content in the sintering charge more than 10% of the agglomerate has a low recoverability and has a high sulfur content. From reducing the recoverability decreases the rate of recovery in blast furnaces, which leads to reduced performance and increased consumption of reducing agent, leading to increased specific consumption coxal preventing deterioration of the quality of cast iron from the use of sinter with a high content of sulfur should also increase the consumption of coke and thereby improve the heating furnace. A shrinking share of the furnace volume occupied raw materials, and increases the proportion occupied by coke, and it reduces the productivity of the furnace. In addition, the increasing heat of the furnace increases the volume of gases, which complicates the lowering of the charge in the furnace and also leads to poor performance of the blast furnace.

The content of ketamine in the sinter mixture is set in the range from 0.01 to 0.03% by weight. Within these limits is most fully realized improvement work charge. When the content of ketamine less than 0.01% is not enough for optimal cachemate charge. Use enough pelletized mixture reduces the quality of sinter strength and sulfur content due to the reduction of gas permeability of the sintering charge, which impedes the flow of air to the fuel. Reduced productivity of sintering machine. The lack of agglomerate on the quantity and deterioration of its quality lead to poor performance of the blast furnace and to the increase in the specific consumption of coke.

When the content of ketamine in the sintering charge more than 0.03% of the coefficient of cachemate (K) exceeds the optimal value determined by the formula Batygina V.M., Bulma A.S.:

where WIim- maximum molecular water-holding capacity of the charge,

wµv- maximum capillary vlahek the efficiency of the mixture.

The best blends on the results of the tests corresponds to the coefficient of cachemate close to 7. With a smaller value of the coefficient of cachemate part of the charge remains neocakavanej, granules work fine. The permeability of the sintering mixture deteriorates, which leads to lower productivity of the blast furnace and to the increase in the specific consumption of coke.

At higher cachemate formed granules are destroyed in the drying zone in the course of the sintering process. This is not achieved the desired effect - from the destruction of the granules, the permeability of the sintering mixture deteriorates, which leads to lower productivity of the blast furnace and to the increase in the specific consumption of coke.

Claimed the charge was tested on pilot Cup RICE JSC "MMK" in diameter 430 mm, equipped with an exhauster with the following characteristics:

the rotor speed, rpm - 2900

vacuum suction, kPa - 16

performance m3/min - 100

Good reproducibility of results sintering ensured consistency from experience to experience chemical and granulometric composition of all components of the mixture, the mixing conditions and work burden, load it into the bowl and ignition.

Mixing and pelletizing produced in the mixer with a speed of 14.3 rpm Height sintered SL who I was 260 mm

For ignition of the carbon charge on its surface evenly scattered toxic size 0-3 mm in the amount of 0.22 kg, and the top was covered with wood chips weight 0.45 kg, soaked in 0.1 l of kerosene.

At the beginning of the experience felt a moment of complete opening of the valve before the exhauster. The maximum temperature of exhaust gases testified about the end of the sintering process.

The temperature of the exhaust gases in the vacuum chamber measured by thermocouple located at a distance of 50 mm from the grate. During sintering also recorded a negative pressure in the vacuum chamber.

The composition of iron ore part of the sintering mixture in accordance with table 1.

In terms of the prototype as a binder used wastewater Laundry plants in the amount of 7.5 wt.% in the following ratio of other ingredients, wt.%: the flux of 7.5; fuel 7,5; iron ore material - the rest. In terms of the proposed method the composition of the charge was as follows, wt.%: flux - 7,5; fuel - 7,5; ketamin - 0,02; iron ore material - the rest. Flux served limestone Agapovka deposits, fuel - toxic received from the coke fines fraction 40-0 mm

Alopec after 10 min after discharge from the bowl broke steel plate with a diameter of 400 mm and a weight of 24.5 kg discharged in horizontalmargin from a height of 1 m After 20 min after the destruction of the agglomerate was dissipated using a vibrating screen and manually. Used sieves with mesh size 40, 25, 10, 8, 5, 3, 1 and 0.5 mm, the strength of the sinter was evaluated according to GOST 15137-77.

The results obtained for the inventive charge and the prototype are presented in table 2.

As can be seen from these data, the claimed charge the sinter quality has improved compared to the prototype, the specific fuel consumption is decreased, and the productivity of sinter plants has increased. The decrease in the content of fines amounted to 1.1 abs.%. According to published data the reduction of trivia for every 1% within 15-10% provides increased productivity of the blast furnace by 2%, and reduction of coke consumption by 1.5% (P. Volkov, Sparber L.Y., Gusarov, A. Technologist-blast furnace. The Handbook. M.: Metallurgiya, 1986. S). Consequently, the use of the inventive mixture increases the production of pig iron by 1.1× 2=2.2% and a reduced specific consumption of coke by 1.1× 1,5=1,65% compared to the prototype.

The results of the blast-furnace production, resulting in various content ketamine in the sintering charge, are presented in table 3. From these data, the deviation from the proposed sintering of the charge affects the results of the melting domain.
