Method of hollow-core slabs production and a device for its realization

FIELD: construction industry; methods of production of hollow-core slabs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, in particular, to the equipment and methods of production of hollow-core slabs. The technical result is improvement of quality of produced items and simplification of a production process. The method provides, that they insert the hole-forming cores into the form, conduct tendon jacking of the reinforcement bars, lay and compact the mixture. Then form the cavities by screwing up in the mixture of screw-bolts with the diameter equal to the diameter of the cavity hole on over the height with their following screwing out. The device includes a portal consisting of the vertical poles fixed in the vertical part of it by a truss, a carriage hanged on the vertical poles, and a furnished with the hole-forming cores with the screw bolts. The portal is made with a capability of movement along a rail line.

EFFECT: the invention insures improvement of quality of produced items and simplification of a production process.

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to methods for the formation of voids in concrete products and equipment for the production of hollow structures.

The known method for the manufacture of hollow core slabs in vertical position, namely, that after installation of the hole-forming cores, capable of oscillatory motion, in the form serves the concrete mix and condense it, and then produce the dismantling of the product (SU 1043012, IPC 28 In 17/00).

The disadvantage of this method is that the resulting product has a lower strength on one side of the product due to uneven distribution of the fluctuations of the height, which reduces the efficiency of the method.

A device for implementing the method, including fibroblast, drive station, the crankshaft, the hole-forming cores, articulated by hinge Hooke and rod crankshaft (SU 1043012, IPC 28 In 17/00).

The disadvantage of this device is the presence of technological slope, which limits the range of possible applications, design complexity, and reduced efficiency due to the possibility of abrasion and clogging parts of the drive.

The closest technical solution to the present invention is a method of making hollow articles in vertical the social position, namely, that the device with the hole-forming cores set in the form before filling it with the mixture, and after aging of the array form with a device for the formation of voids is sent to the steam chamber, and after the concrete required plastic strength of the device is removed by lifting the loops, turning when the hole-forming cores around its axis (SU 1472276 A1, IPC 28 In 17/00).

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the technological process for the production of hollow-core slabs.

Closest to the technical nature of the invention is a device for molding hollow core, comprising a frame with four vertical posts and the attached packet of hole-forming cores and regulatory mechanisms and rotation of the hole-forming cores (SU 1472276, IPC 28 In 17/00).

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of installation and limited edition items due to process gradients, which are almost difficult to implement for complex forms holes of products.

The basis of the present invention is the task of developing such a method of manufacture of hollow-core slabs and device for its implementation, which help to improve the quality of the products obtained at the expense of more dense structure of the material is, the resulting compression of the concrete screw head and also due to the uniform distribution of the mixture during molding due to the fact that during this operation, in the form of no hole-forming cores. In addition, the basis of the invention lies in the task of simplifying the technological process in the production of hollow-core slabs.

This object is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing hollow-core slabs, namely, that in the form enter the hole-forming cores, perform tension reinforcement, pouring the mixture and seal it, first pull the valve and put the mixture, and then forming voids by screwing into the mix head diameter equal to the diameter of the hole voids over the entire height, with their subsequent loosening.

The task is also achieved in that the device for manufacturing hollow-core slabs, including the hole-forming cores with portal, consisting of vertical columns, fixed in the upper part through the farm, carriage suspended on vertical posts and provided with a hole-forming cores with screw heads, and the portal is configured to move along the rail line.

Device for manufacturing hollow-core slabs are equipped with portal 1, consisting of the uprights 2, mounted in the upper part through farm 3, a carriage 4, which includes a rotational mechanism consisting of a motor 5, the clutch 6, the gear 7 and synchronizers, consisting of timing and parasitic gears 8 and 9, respectively. The carriage 4 is suspended on vertical posts 2 and provided with a hole-forming cores 10 with screw heads, and portal 1 is arranged to move along the rail 11, which is the form 12 for the manufacture of hollow articles.

The device operates as follows. Portal 1 with a hole-forming cores 10 with a screw heads down along the line of rail 11 to form 12 after filling it with the mixture. Then, the carriage 4 is lowered over form 12 to compare the levels of the hole-forming cores 10 with screw heads and the surface of the mold 12. After switching rotary mechanism, the hole-forming cores 10 with a screw heads begin to screw in the mixture for the formation of a number of holes voids. Then, the hole-forming cores 10 with a screw heads vivenciada, and portal 1 is moved along the line of rail 11 at a certain distance for the education of the next row of holes. This operation is carried out along the entire length of the form 11. When the process is finished portal 1 with postcoordinate the s 10 with a screw heads away from the mold 11.

During aging of the array 11 may be covered with steaming hood or sent in the steam chamber.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device and a method for cutting of cellular concrete bulks. The technical result is increase of productivity and also increase of accuracy of the geometrical sizes and spreading of the nomenclature of produced items. The device for production of cellular concrete items includes the worksites fenced by the metal frames and equipped with cutting wires for the cellular concrete bulks cutting in different planes. On the first worksite the cutting wires are strongly strained and installed in vertical planes at an angle to horizon, on the second worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a vertical plane perpendicular to a direction of movement of a dolly, on the third worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a horizontal plane. At that the third worksite cutting wires are capable to make vibratory movements.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased productivity and accuracy of the geometrical sizes, expansion of the nomenclature of produced items.

FIELD: methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum and may be successfully used at production of construction materials. The technical result of the group of inventions is a development of less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum with improved hardness of the face surface for the walls and ceilings lining differing by production process, simplicity of production allowing at minimum costs to ensure the high quality of produced products with conservation of original natural advantages of gypsum.
