SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building of asphalt-concrete pavements of the highways and other construction objects with the analogous coatings. The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.

The invention relates to the field of construction of asphalt pavements for roads and other construction projects with similar coverages.

A known method of manufacture of articles of asphalt mixture comprising loading into the metal form a layer of sawdust, laying of reinforcement, the form of hot asphalt mixture, surface vibration processing of the mixture and cooling products. [1].

The disadvantages of this method are that it is periodic actions, applies only in stationary conditions and cannot be applied directly at the device asphalt pavement roads.

Closest to the claimed is a method of manufacturing products of sand asphalt mixtures with low binder, include three-dimensional vertically-directed vibratory treatment of the mixture without weights with frequency 25-26 Hz, amplitude 0,73-0,78 mm and the vibration intensity 110-120 cm2/s3within 30-40 C. [2].

The disadvantage of this method is, first, that he also periodic activity and is used only in stationary conditions and it is also impossible to apply directly at the device asphalt pavement roads. Secondly, for srednedevonskoi of asfaltobeton the th mixture not specified rational value of the amplitude, the frequency, intensity, volume and duration of vibration.

The objective of the invention is the provision of an additional continuous vibromassage asphalt mixes directly at the object construction, which will reduce the consumption of binder and improve the physico-mechanical properties of asphalt concrete pavements for roads.

This is achieved by the fact that the vibration treatment srednedevonskoi asphalt mixture is produced with a frequency 18-19 Hz, amplitude 1,31...1,32 mm and the vibration intensity 100...119 cm3/s3for 25...35 C, and the case of a vibrating hopper if necessary, is heated in the process of vibromassage to the desired temperature. This is especially important when laying asphalt mix in the spring and autumn periods of time. Rational modes additional continuous vibromassage srednedevonskoi asphalt mixtures was experimentally determined on research vibroprotection stand [3].

To obtain the most durable conglomerate system, it is necessary to create such conditions under which the largest part of the bitumen would be structured in a film state, and the number of bulk bitumen should be kept to a minimum. Such conditions are created in the process of vibromassage mixture containing less is receiving bitumen vibrolance low-frequency vibration impacts, based on the use of the thixotropic effect of dilution that reduces the viscosity of bulk and film of bitumen, which contributes to the reduction of friction and adhesion between mineral grains.

In the vibration forced mixing of asphalt mixture of each mineral grain uniformly enveloped in bitumen minimum film thickness, as part of a three-dimensional (free) bitumen filling the intergranular space is adsorbed by the surface of mineral particles.

After a forced vibromassage in vibrolance the mixture is fed into the distribution unit pavers, pre-compacted by the compacting beam and finally road rollers.

Device for additional continuous vibromassage asphalt mix for realizing the above method directly on the object construction relates to the field of road vehicles, intended for the construction of pavements for roads and other construction projects.

A device for the distribution of the asphalt mix on the road, contains a hopper and a distribution device, mounted on a wheeled frame [4].

However, the known device has the following disadvantages. It does not provide additional mixing of the asphalt mix and there is no destruction of the thixotropic relations asphalt binder in the mixture, immediately prior to its consolidation, which leads to increase of consumption of binder and process energy compaction and resulting in longer seal the mixture and degradation of physical and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete in the floor.

Closest to the claimed invention is a device including a chassis, wheeled, frame and Boone the er [5].

The disadvantages of this device is that it also does not provide additional mixing of the asphalt mixture, resulting in increased consumption of binder and process energy compaction, reduces the quality of asphalt concrete in the floor.

The objective of the invention is to reduce the consumption of binder and reducing energy consumption during subsequent compaction of a mixture with simultaneous improvement of quality of asphalt concrete in the floor.

This is achieved in that the device for additional continuous vibromassage to implement the method directly on the object construction is equipped with vibrobunker with the loading area and the unloading area, mounted on the frame by means of elastic supports with longitudinal slope from the loading zone to the discharge zone, with vibrobots equipped with a vibration exciter mounted on the housing of the vibrating hopper, the latter in the discharge zone is equipped with unloading box with adjustable butterfly valve, and the bottom and the body of the vibrating hopper provided with a device for heating and temperature sensors. On the frame node is installed on the device for heating the vibrating hopper.

Comparative analysis of the prototype shows that the inventive device is provided with vibrobunker with zone loading and unloading, set narama by means of elastic supports with longitudinal slope from the loading zone to the discharge zone, this vibrobots equipped with a vibration exciter mounted on the housing of the vibrating hopper, the latter in the discharge zone is equipped with unloading box with adjustable butterfly valve, and the bottom and the body of the vibrating hopper provided with a device for heating and temperature sensors. On the frame node is installed on the device for heating the bunker.

Thus the proposed solution meets the criterion of “NOVELTY”.

A comparison of the proposed device with other technical solutions allows us to conclude that the proposed device provides the possibility of more intensive destruction thixotropic relations asphalt binder in the mixture. Due to this reduction of binder, reducing energy consumption during subsequent compaction of the asphalt mixture for the construction and improvement of physico-mechanical characteristics of asphalt pavements. This allows to conclude that the technical solutions according to the criterion of “INVENTIVE step”.

The opening of the rotary valve 9 and the tilting of vibrodosimeter 7 due to the rotation of the frame 3 is achieved by the adjustment of the feed rate of material from the hopper 2 and the flow of material into the dispenser ready mix 10 so that the material level in the case of a vibrating hopper 7 corresponded to the operating level and time of mixing.

If necessary, the coating mixture may be heated by supplying heat through the heating channels 11 and 12 of the vibrating hopper 7 by the inclusion of heating unit 15.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum and may be successfully used at production of construction materials. The technical result of the group of inventions is a development of less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum with improved hardness of the face surface for the walls and ceilings lining differing by production process, simplicity of production allowing at minimum costs to ensure the high quality of produced products with conservation of original natural advantages of gypsum. And also to create the mold for of interior-lining products made out of gypsum, that is more wear-resistant, easy in production even in simple conditions without power inputs and usage of complex mechanisms. The method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum bindings provides for, preparation of molding mixture, its pouring in the mold entirely made out of a firm material and equipped with a figured clamp plate, aging till complete solidification, extraction, drying of a product and deposition of a decorative coating differs that solution is poured into the mold in an amount, that is less than the working volume of the mold.
