SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes pair of horizontal drawing rollers that are spaced one from other by preset adjustable gap. Barrels of horizontal rollers are made of fit on axle rubber rings mutually spaced by maximum vertical gap equal to maximum height of corrugations. At both sides of rollers two pairs of vertical rollers are mounted with possibility of changing distance between rollers of each pair. Distance along rolling axis between vertical rollers and axial vertical plane of horizontal rollers is selected according to given relation.

The proposed device refers to the production equipment for rental and can be used in the manufacture of a sheet of cold-formed profiles.

These profiles contain corrugations stiffness (mostly longitudinal) and can be produced from ferrous metals and sheet (strip) coated steel, zinc, plastic or paint. One of the main requirements for corrugated sheets with coating: the surface should not have defects such as risks, scratches and peeling of the coating.

Therefore, the mills producing these bent sheet profiles, have some peculiarities in comparison with the roll forming mills, using the blank from a strip of steel without coating. The design of the last mill is described, for example, in the book edited by Istoricheskogo “cold-formed corrugated profiles of car”, Kiev, “Machinery”, 1973, p.33-45.

For transportation moldable strip through the mill with grooved rolls (especially if some of them are dead, which is typical for mills producing profiles with coatings) are used or pulling two-high stand or pulling device. This is needed to avoid mutual slippage of the rolls and the strip, which leads to the above-mentioned defects.

Famous the pinch rolls of the unit of continuous action, containing the barrel, the length of which is equal to 0,4 0,9...on the width of the transported workpiece, which prevents rolling of the strip edge and the appearance of waviness (see A.S. USSR №606656, CL 21 D 5/06, publ. in BI No. 18, 1978). Also known drawing roller, a barrel which consists of three elements of a certain width and with different hardness of the working surface, which increases its durability (see A.S. USSR №1444024, CL 21 D 5/06, publ. in BI No. 46, 1988).

However, these pulling device designed to transport only flat strip and totally unsuitable for corrugated strip because of the inevitable “collapse” (reduce the height of the corrugations.

Closest to the claimed object is pulling device (station) electrolyte tinning line, described in the Handbook edited by Vigushin and Averatech “Technology rolling production”, CN, M., metallurgy, 1991, s, .VI.19, pos.17.

This device comprises a pair of horizontal drive rollers that are installed with preset and adjustable gap between them, and is characterized in that it additionally contains four rollers of small diameter, are used to break transported and strip her down to the pulling rollers.

The described device is also unsuitable for transporting corrugated strip as it bends in a vertical flat the STI is invalid.

The technical task of the present invention is to improve the quality of corrugated sheets with coatings and reducing the cost of their production.

To solve this problem pulling device, roll forming mill, izgotovlyayuschego corrugated sheets with coatings, comprises a pair of horizontal drive rollers that are installed with preset and adjustable gap between them, the barrels of horizontal rollers which are made of dialed on the axis of the rubber rings with a maximum vertical clearance between them is equal to the maximum height of the corrugations H, while on both sides of said rollers has two pairs of vertical rollers with the possibility of changing the distance between the rollers in each pair, and the distance along the axis of rolling between these rollers and the axial vertical plane of the horizontal rollers is equal to l=(1,05...1,12)·(r+R), where r and R are the radii respectively of vertical rollers and drums of horizontal rollers, and horizontal rollers can be performed with the chain drive sprocket mounted on their axes with the drive side of the mill, and the diameter of the rubber rings may be equal to 0.8...1.0 size katysheva diameter of the forming rolls of the mill.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is to create such a design of the pull device, which provides a stable (be the jerks and mutual slippage of the rolls and being formed of a strip) transport of metal on the mill, ensuring the safety cover and the required parameters of the corrugations.

Indeed, barrels of horizontal rollers, as shown by experimental verification device (see below), create, thanks to the rubber rings, the desired clutch with strip harvesting. The presence of two pairs of vertical rollers front and rear axial plane of horizontal rollers (see drawing) does not allow the strip with longitudinal corrugations to expand (by reducing the height of the corrugations) from the application of vertical compressive effort of the horizontal rollers.

The design of the device is schematically shown in the drawing (a view from the side of the entrance being formed of a strip, b - top view). The arrow shows the direction of movement of the strip.

Horizontal pinch rollers 1 are mounted with a gap H in the bearings 2. Roller composed of the rubber rings 3 with diameter d=(0,8...1,0)dk(dk- katusi the diameter of the forming rolls of the mill), which are mounted on axes 4 coupling nuts 5. The size of the gap H is regulated by the pressure screws 6; on both axes of the rollers 1 on the drive side of the mill set of sprockets 7, around roller chain (gall), which leads them into rotation for transporting the molded strip 8. Chain drive, as shown by the experiments, simple to manufacture and reliable in operation.

On both sides (front and back along the car is and drive rollers 1 at a distance l from the vertical axial plane su has two pairs of vertical rollers 9, the distance between them varies depending on the width of the strip 8. Depending on the parameters of the obtained profile (thickness, height of the corrugations and their number by the width of the profile) pulling device of the described construction are installed every 3...5 a forming mill, the rolls of which the non-driving; this ensures the absence of surface defects on the finished profiles.

Reporting examination of the claimed device was carried out in the roll forming mill 0,5-2,5×300-1500 CJSC “PSC” OJSC “Magnitogorsk iron and steel works” when molding strips with zinc and polymer coatings.

This is spruce during operation of the pull device, the construction described above, were tested draw rollers with solid metal and composite (from a separate rubber rings) barrels, and varied the diameter of these rings and the value of “l” for vertical rollers.

The best results (transportation moldable strips with operating speed, adopted at the mill, and the absence of surface defects on almost all profiles were obtained with the use of haul-off of the proposed design and the above parameters. The barrel pulling rolls of rubber rings showed sufficient performance, and chain drive the desired reliability and ease of operation.

When l<1,05(r+R) was unable to configure device, and when l>1,12(r+R) increased its size and manufacturing costs, and in some cases it was observed a decrease in the height of the finished corrugations Sverdlovskaya values due to the broadening of the bands.

The recommended diameter of the rubber rings can be considered optimal when d<0,8 dkaccelerated wear, which reduces the productivity of the mill due to the replacement of the rollers, and when d>dkincreased the height of the supports of the drive rollers and the distance between the axes of the rollers, which would increase the required length of the chain drive.

Known object, is selected as the closest analogue, not tested reasons, the decree is mentioned above.

Thus, experimental validation confirmed the acceptability found technical solutions to achieve this goal.

According to feasibility studies conducted in the Central laboratory of control of OJSC “MMK”, the use of the proposed device when profiling corrugated strips coated fully provide the desired coating quality profiles and reduces production costs by at least 15%.

Specific example

Haul off mill dk=300 mm for profiling strip steel with a coating thickness of 0.5...1.5 mm and a width of 600-1200 mm has the design shown on the drawing (see). The maximum height of the formed corrugations hg=145 mm

The main parameters of the device: d=0,9·dk=0,9·300=270 mm;

radius of horizontal rollers (drums) - R=0,5d=0,5·270=135 mm;

also vertical rollers r=90 mm; l=1,085(r+R)=1,085(90+135)=244 mm

The material of the rings - rubber with a hardness of 75 units on shore.
