The present invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in various devices for power electronic equipment.

Known stabilizer, constant voltage (a.c. 1619241, CL G 05 F 1/569, 1991), in order to increase the efficiency of the regulator transistor collector power part of the regulatory body is connected with the positive pole of the main source of input voltage, and the collector impedance of the transistor with the positive pole of the auxiliary source input voltage.

The disadvantage of this scheme is that in case of a failure of the input voltage of the primary source by reason of failure of the rectifier or breakage of the conductive wire and the availability of auxiliary source through a matching transistor stabilizer dramatically increases the current, leading to its failure, which reduces the reliability of the stabilizer.

Also known stabilizing source of DC voltage (as, CL G 05 F 1/569, 1992), containing the transformer, the primary winding of which is connected with leads for connection of the mains alternating current and the secondary winding is connected in series to the rectifier and smoothing LC filter, the compensation voltage stabilizer serial type, installed between the output line with an-Phi is tra and leads for connection of the load and regulating transistor, included in the common-collector, two matching transistors of the same conductivity type included in the composite circuit, and a control node connected to the first supply output common bus, the signal input leads for connection to the load, and the output of the basic circuit of the corresponding matching of the transistor, DC smoothing filter, in which a diode is connected between the first output line with an inductor filter, located on the side of the rectifier, and the first output capacitor connected to the collector of the first matching transistor and the second supply output node.

This source provides a small voltage drop across the power transistor and increased efficiency due to the separation of the input collector circuits of the transistors of the regulatory element.

The lack of source is the low reliability because of the possibility of overloading the matching circuit in case of an open collector circuit of power transistor or lowering the supply voltage below the specified value.

The outline of this voltage regulator is shown in figure 1, where indicated:

The stabilizer comprises a composite regulatory element 1 consisting of a power of 2 and the matching 3 transistors, the base of the latter is connected to the amplifier output of the error signal 4 and the node 5 off, the collector of the power transistor 2 is connected to the output connection of the input supply voltage and the collector impedance of the transistor 3 is output to connect additional power supply, the meter polarity voltage 6, performed on the transistor of the opposite conductivity 7 in relation to the power transistor 2 connected the base to the collector, emitter to the base of the power transistor 2 and the collector through tomographically dvukhpolosnykh 8, consisting of a series-connected resistor 9 and the led 10, the output node shutdown 5.

The voltage regulator operates as follows. The input voltage across the power transistor 2 is supplied to the output voltage, is compared in the amplifier of the error signal 4 with the reference value, forming at its output the control voltage USIMP.,coming to the base impedance of the transistor 3. During normal operation of the regulator the power transistor 3 is away in the linear mode. The voltage on the collector of the power transistor 2 is higher than at its base. The transition base-emitter voltage of the transistor 7 is in reverse bias, ensuring its locked state. When reducing the input voltage below the voltage stabilization offer the transistor 7, providing the current flowing through tomographically dvukhpolosnykh 8 and the input node shutdown 5. Thus there is a decrease in the voltage at the bases matching 3 power and 2 transistors. The disadvantage of the stabilizer of the prototype is the low reliability due to overload matching transistor in open circuit of the power transistor.

The aim of the invention is to increase reliability without reducing efficiency and deterioration of the mass and size parameters.

To eliminate this drawback in the voltage stabilizer containing a composite regulatory element consisting of the power and the matching of transistors, the emitter impedance is implemented the torus is connected to the base of the power transistor, the emitter of which is connected to the output of the stabilizer, and its collector to the input output main DC voltage source, the base impedance of the transistor is connected to the amplifier output of the error signal, the first input connected to the collector impedance of the transistor, the second amplifier input of the error signal is connected to the output of the stabilizer, one lead of the resistor is connected to the input output main DC voltage source, the other of the resistor is connected to the base of the protective transistor according to the invention, the collector impedance of the transistor is connected to the collector of the protective transistor, and the emitter of the protective transistor with an input terminal of the additional power source.

Diagram of the proposed voltage regulator is shown in figure 2, where indicated:

The proposed voltage regulator contains a composite regulatory element 1 consisting of a power of 2 and the matching 3 transistors, the base of the latter is connected to the amplifier output of the error signal 4, the collector of the power transistor 2 is connected to the output connection osnovnoj the constant voltage source, and the collector impedance of the transistor 3 is output to connect additional power source through the emitter-collector transition protective transistor 6, the base through a resistor 5 is connected to the collector of the power transistor 2.

The voltage regulator operates as follows.

In the presence of primary and secondary supply voltage protective transistor 6 is opened and goes into saturation mode. Through its emitter-collector transition collector impedance of the transistor 3 is connected to an additional power source. The presence of voltage on the collectors of the power 2 and matching 3 of the transistors leads to their opening, and the output of the stabilizer receive a voltage, the magnitude of which is maintained at a specified level by a corresponding change in the conductivity of the regulating element 1 under the influence of the signal of the error amplifier 4. In the event of loss of main supply voltage protective transistor 6 is closed, this leads to the removal of voltage from the collector impedance of the transistor 3 and the amplifier of the error signal 4, which provides protection impedance of the transistor 3 overload and, consequently, increases the reliability of the stabilizer.

The proposed scheme enables creation of stabilizers simple is the first and universal protection circuit impedance of the transistor 3 from the failure of the supply voltage while maintaining the main advantages of stabilizers with separate supply headers power and the matching of the transistors their high efficiency.

Thus, the present invention can improve the reliability of the voltage regulator without loss of efficiency and deterioration of the mass and size parameters.
