The invention relates to individual self-contained breathing apparatus, providing the support of a person under water and in the atmosphere is not breathable. This is achieved in that in the apparatus the principle of chemisorption of carbon dioxide regenerative product, followed by separation of the oxygen is replaced by the principle of hydrolysis of nadterechye alkali metal water with oxygen, the formation of alkaline solution and subsequent absorption of carbon dioxide by this solution.

Significant features distinguishing the invention are the following:

Insulated breathing apparatus comprises a regenerative cartridge 1, the mask 10, a breathing bag 5 and the nozzles of breath 7 and exhalation 12.
