FIELD: containers, packaging elements or packages, specially adapted for particular articles or materials, namely cigarette packs.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

The present invention relates to hard on a cigarette pack with hinged lid.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a rigid cigarette packs containing stenobrachius the lower part or the container and the top cover connected to each other via a hinge, and formed from a pre-weakened flat blanks of cardboard or similar material.

Packs with rounded or beveled edges are also described in the German patent DE-A1-19637259 that comes to hard packs for cigarettes, having a hinged cover, passing on one side, diagonally offset from the center; this cover forms in the area of the end wall packs a linear connection in the form of swivel for connecting the hinge cover with the rest of the plot of the stack.

In General, however, as packs with rounded edges and tutus with beveled edges made quite accurately, require special machines, of the type described in European patents EP-B1-0205894 and EP-B1-0200087, which are quite medl nami and not allow absolutely no flexibility, that is not to be used for the production of packs, other than described above.

As a result, packs with rounded or beveled edges are very expensive to manufacture.

In figure 1, 2 and 3 shows the bundle 1 containing the group 2 of cigarettes 3, arranged in three layers, the intermediate layer which has on one cigarette 3 is less than the two outer layers.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue. To open the wrapper for the first time and open the hole closed by cover to take out smoking article, it should be torn off or removed from packing.

EFFECT: provision of packing whose external appearance shows whether packing has been opened before, or not.

SUBSTANCE: proposed flat blank for cigarette packs of parallelepiped form has front wall, rear wall, two side walls, cover and base with longitudinal axis and central part limited by two longitudinal lines of bend parallel to longitudinal axis, two side parts arranged at opposite side of central part, several cross of bend dividing central part into first wall forming base, second wall forming front wall, third wall forming cover and fourth wall forming rear wall, preliminarily weakened tearoff line dividing second wall into first trapezoidal section and second section. Third wall is divided by two lines of bend into first section adjacent to second wall, and second section adjacent to fourth wall, and side walls contain two fifth walls located at opposite sides of front wall and forming side walls. Second wall has two first tops located on longitudinal lines of bend in contact with third walls. Preliminarily weakened line has central section parallel to cross lines of bend, and two side sections connecting central section with two first tops. Invention makes it possible to create rigid cigarette packs of parallelepiped form from which cigarettes can be easily taken out without damage to cigarettes and pack.
