Lower ring is attached to transition connection member by ropes for suspending sealed container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals and to connect rope with loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch. Connection member provides plate suspension and has orifice for blasting pin.

The invention relates to a rescue technique.

Known rescue device which is hooked to the helicopter containing the cable, which is fixed to the device, made in the form of segments of a rope of smaller diameter than the cable (SU 556817 A1, 25.06.1977).

The disadvantage of this device is that when it is used pieces of rope can cause damage to the people.

The closest to the proposed device is a device for the rescue of persons in distress, including a mesh basket, which is adhered to the aircraft, and the basket has two hollow segmented ring, the top ring has a circular handrail and the lower ring has a cross-piece and the bottom of the metal mesh (US 4583617 And 22.04.1986).

The disadvantage of this device is that it is bad, no light and sound alarm.

The problem to which this invention is directed, is to create a rescue device that can be used on the water and on land (in the city or in the forest), which can be established that allows you to place it under standing on the ground the helicopter with low ground clearance.

The technical result achieved by the invention is to accelerate the delivery of life-saving equipment in distress with the aircraft.

Device for the rescue of persons in distress, includes basket, which is adhered to the aircraft such as a helicopter, two hollow segmented rings 1 and 2. The top ring 1, made for example from dural has a ring rail 3 fixed to the brackets. The internal volume of the ring provides the buoyancy of the device. The lower ring 2, perceiving the load, made for example of stainless steel, has a cross-piece 4 and the bottom 5 of the metal mesh. FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes.
