The invention relates to a rescue technique.

The disadvantages of the known devices are complex design and large amount of time to bring the device to a working state.

Closest to the proposed technical essence is a device for the rescue of persons in distress, containing the cable, which is fixed to the device, made in the form of segments of a rope of smaller diameter than the cable, the lower ends of the segments attached to the rope is stationary, and the upper movable, by means of couplings (SU 556817 A1, 25.06.1977).
