The invention relates to the production of calcined carbonaceous materials in the production of graphite electrodes and anode paste and can be used in metallurgy, petroleum refining, coking industry.

There is a method of annealing the carbon-containing material, comprising heating the material in a rotary kiln due to the combustion of combustible substances released from prokachivaemyh materials (see kN. Effcacy "the Production of electrodes, Moscow, Metallurgizdat, 1954, p.59-67).

The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of heat flammable substances formed during combustion of carbon-containing materials.

Closest to the claimed method is a method of annealing carbonaceous materials, including preheating materials (see RF patent №1811210, IPC7C 10 L 9/08, publ. 20.11.1995,).

The disadvantages of the prototype are low productivity and high specific fuel consumption for calcination.

The technical task of the invention is to increase productivity and reduce specific fuel consumption.

This technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the known method of annealing carbonaceous materials, comprising preheating the materials according to the image is meniu simultaneously with the process of annealing carry out a preliminary heating of the material in the heater mode countercurrent heat obtained from post-combustion flue gases produced during combustion of carbon-containing material, and preheating of the material is carried out to 350-400°C.

This method will allow to increase the productivity of the furnace and reduce specific fuel consumption.

The essence of the proposed method is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a flow chart of calcining carbonaceous materials.

Technological scheme consists of a rotating calcining furnaces were 1, a tubular rotary heater 2, the ducts 3 and 4 and the supply pipe 5.

An example of a specific implementation of the method.

Over rotating prokalochnoj oven 1 set additional rotating tubular heater 2 type of drum dryer. The exhaust from the furnace gases 1 is sent to the heater 2 through the duct 3, which serves the air for post-combustion of combustible components. In the mode of flow in the heater 2 is served raw carbonaceous material, where it is heated to a temperature of 350-400°and then the heated material overload on the supply pipe 5 in a rotating progulochnuju furnace 1, which is the process of calcination. The gases that have passed through the heater 2, are evacuated through a system of ducts 4.

The use of the proposed method of baking carbonaceous materials will allow for comparison with FR what type to reduce specific fuel consumption by 50% and increase productivity by 20%.

1. Method of annealing carbonaceous materials, comprising preheating the material, characterized in that simultaneously with the process of annealing carry out a preliminary heating of the material in the heater mode countercurrent heat obtained from post-combustion flue gases produced during combustion of carbon-containing material.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the preheating of the material is carried out to 350-400°C.
