The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular to the damping devices of the suspension to soften the bumps in the construction of machines and structures for protection against shock and heavy loads. Included between the body, sending shock, and the body is protected by a shock absorber (for example, between the wheel moving on uneven roads, and case carts).

This construction includes a housing with parts hydraulic shock absorber - piston rod fixed to the end of the piston and cylinder located between the housing and the piston of the shock absorber.

The cylinder device allows you to set the stiffness of the shock absorber depending on the technical requirements for the number and diameter of the bypass valve, consisting of two holes connected by a chute.

As a prototype of the selected hydraulic shock absorber (patent of Russia №2103185, BI No. 3, 1998), which are installed in front and in the rear suspension of a motor vehicle comprising a hydraulic cylinder, placed in a hydraulic cylinder piston with the working shaft, which is made of the axial hole, and the control system stiffness. In the axial hole of the working rod is installed with the possibility of additional axial movement of the adjusting rod, the bottom of which communicates with the piston, and the upper part of the mandate to engage the t with a working rod with threaded connection. The control system stiffness includes installed between the upper end face of the piston and the lower end of the stem Poppet spring. When deterioration of road conditions additional adjustment rod through an external mechanism vivencial from the worker thread rod, short and conical disc springs, reducing the gap by-pass valve, and thereby significantly increase the stiffness of the shock absorber.

This design allows you to adjust the stiffness of the shock absorber in a fairly wide range, but has the following disadvantages:

- the need to install special rotation mechanism regulated stock;

- the inability to install a mechanical or hydraulic device control mechanism of rotation of the adjusting rod, which requires structural changes in the system of vehicle control.

The technical result of the present invention is achieved due to the fact that the cylinder device allows you to set the stiffness of the shock absorber depending on the technical requirements for the number and diameter of the bypass valve, consisting of two holes connected by a chute.
