FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed driving axle has shaft and two overrunning mechanisms. The latter are made of outer housing accommodating ratchet teeth, inner housing on outer surface of which ratchet teeth are made and intermediate housing rigidly secured on shaft on outer and inner surfaces of which opposite pawls are fitted in umber less by one or greater by one than number of corresponding teeth of outer and inner housings. Intermediate housing consists of two rigidly interconnected parts relatively turned relative to common axle through half of pawl arrangement pitch.

EFFECT: increased service life of driving axle.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to the driven axles auto-motorcycles equipped with differential mechanisms to ensure non-rigid kinematic connection between the wheels of the drive axle.

There is a construction of a driving axle, consisting of a shaft and two mechanisms of free running, kinematically trailing wheel with shaft drive axle.

The disadvantage of this solution is the impossibility of providing reverse.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a drive axle (A.S. No. 1490356, MKI F 16 N 1/38, 1988), consisting of a shaft, two mechanisms of the free motion on the basis of bilateral roller overrunning sequentially switches forward or backward with the movement.

The disadvantage of this solution is the low durability, because the elements of the roller overrunning in the contact zone of radial forces occur in 10...20 times more tangential, for the transmission of torque from shaft drive axle to the wheels. High contact stresses in this case are the cause of low durability of the drive axle.

Object of the present invention is to eliminate this drawback.

This is achieved by the drive axle of a vehicle, comprising a shaft and two mechanism of a free stroke is, the mechanisms of a free motion made in the form of star wheels having inner, intermediate and outer casing. Inside the outer casing and the outside of the inner case is made ratchet teeth. The intermediate casing is rigidly connected with the shaft of a driving axle. On the outer and inner surfaces of the intermediate casing is installed dogs, mutually opposite directions, the number one different from the number of teeth of the outer or inner shells. When this intermediate casing consists of two parts rigidly connected with each other and rotated about the common axis by half the spacing of dogs.

The design of the freewheel mechanism is completely free of radial forces and, therefore, can dramatically reduce the contact stresses in the elements of the mechanism of a free motion, therefore, to increase durability.

Figure 1 shows the kinematic diagram of the drive axle; figure 2 - design of the ratcheting mechanism of free running.

Drive axle of the vehicle consists of sprocket 1, a shaft 2, two hrapovic mechanisms of free running, which includes the outer body 3, the intermediate casing 4 and the inner housing 5. In the outer casing 3 is made of the teeth of the internal toothing. On the inner housing 5 is made grupowy the teeth of the external gear, opposite directions with respect to the teeth of the outer casing. On the intermediate casing 4 on the outer and inner surfaces installed dogs 6 and 7, providing a closure ratchet mechanism of a free motion in the opposite rotation. The gear coupling 8 is a serial connection of external or internal buildings with wheels.

The device operates as follows. With the closure of the clutch 8, for example, with outer casing 3 torque from shaft 2 is transmitted to the intermediate casing 4. At the same angular speed of the wheels of one of the dogs 7 closes with a tooth of the housing 3 and is equal to the torque transmitted to both wheels.

At unequal angular velocity of the mechanism that may, in turn, for example, the left wheel on a larger turning radius has a greater angular velocity, the outer body ratcheting mechanism outperforms the intermediate casing, the kinematic connection of the wheels is broken, the entire torque is transmitted through the mechanism of a free left turn.

When reverse gear is engaged, the clutch 8 is moved in the axial direction, connecting the wheel with the inner casing of the mechanism of a free turn.

SUBSTANCE: clutch control drive comprises a pedal linked up, by a rigid-braid cable, with the pneumatic control valve servo valve movable stem. The pneumatic control valve second end is yoke-jointed to the clutch disengagement lever arranged on the overrunning coupling inner race fitted free on the pin fitted aligned with the shaft and rigidly-thread-jointed thereon. The overrunning coupling is made up of an inner and outer races, rollers and pin. The overrunning coupling outer race is fitted on the shaft to be in contact with the inner surface via rollers. Note that the said outer surface accommodates a power lever. The gearbox accommodates pneumatic cylinder comprising a piston and con rod. A spring is arranged inside the said pneumatic cylinder between the piston and cylinder housing.
