FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of diagnosing condition of railway and street car tracks. Proposed device contains detectors designed for measuring deviation of gauge and position of track by level of sags, humps and cavities connected with contact members. Device contains also vertical parallel, inner and outer posts, rollers made for interaction with side working inner surfaces of side track, rollers made for interaction with upper working surfaces of rail track, jambs some ends of which are connected with roller races and others, with corresponding posts. One of detectors is made in form of dial indicator, being arranged on one of inner posts and coupled with roller-type contact elements made for interaction with side working inner surfaces of track. Rod of said indicator is in contact with upper end of other inner post. Springs are placed between inner post. Springs are placed between inner posts in upper and lower parts, mounted on upper surface of two pairs of bosses fitted on one axle. Holes are made in inner posts. Axle with bushing is placed in inner posts. Bracket is connected by one end to bushing, and other end of bracket serves for fastening to floor of test car. Second detector is made in form of metric rule secured to inner post, and two pointers secured on upper end faces of outer posts. Two pairs of slots are made on outer posts. Slots are arranged on one axis and they accommodate pins installed for movement. Pins are provided with stops from outer and inner parts of posts.

EFFECT: improved reliability of device, reduced cost, possibility of reading results of measuring directly from detectors.

The invention relates to the field of diagnostics of a rail track rail and tram tracks.

It is known Device for inspection of railway track”, which contains rollers, the U-shaped frame, the lower part of which are the observation mirror, over which the opposite faces of the U-shaped frame in a diagonal plane symmetrically distributed reflecting mirror, and a Central longitudinal axis of the U-shaped frame in the plane of the horizontal shelves are consistently located shielding mirror, wherein the device has a drive arm (A.S. USSR №861157, 61 K 9/10, 1979).

Despite the fact that the device is very compact, it has some significant drawbacks:

- low accuracy and validity of results when detecting defects gauge rail track;

- large errors associated with many operations of this technological chain of measurements;

selective control;

- the impossibility of measuring the deflection gauge rail track, as the main parameter for diagnosing the condition of the track rail;

- the impossibility of controlling the position of a rail track level.

Measurement of parts produced in a disassembled engine, which increases the complexity of the process.

It is also known the other technical solution “Method and device condition monitoring of railway track”, containing inertial measuring unit associated with the on-Board computer that is designed to compute the positions of the rail track level drawdowns and arrows bending of the rail track in particular, using the algorithm of inertial navigation, the coordinates of the touch points of the left and right wheel pair, associated with the gauge of track gauge (p. RU # 2123445, 61 K 9/08, E 01 35/00, 1998).

The disadvantages of this device are the following factors: its low reliability and high cost of the equipment is included in the device, such as a computer, and the unreliability of the computer lies in its complexity and frequent failures during operation, resulting in additional labor costs to repair it, additionally, the computer does not register the result of the measurement, but only produces digital data that are subject to calculation to obtain the final result.

The objective of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device, reducing its cost, excluding the calculation of measurement results, i.e. the ability to read measurement results without computing directly on the recorder.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the safe operation of rail rolling stock.

This is achieved by predlagaemom device for testing a rail track during movement of the vehicle, containing recorders designed for measuring the deflection of track gauge, the position of the rail track on the level drawdowns, “humps and depressions associated with the contact elements according to the invention, introduced vertical parallel inner and outer racks, rollers, made interoperable with side work the inner surfaces of the side rails, rollers, made interoperable with the upper work surfaces of a rail track, slopes, one end of which is connected with the carrier rollers and the other with the respective racks, one of the receptionists made in the form of a dial indicator placed on the end of one of internal racks and connected with the contact elements in the form of rollers made interoperable with side working surfaces of the rail track, the core of this Registrar has contact with the upper inner end of the other rack, while between the inner racks in the upper and lower parts, posted by springs mounted on the upper surface of the two pairs of bosses that are hosted on the same axis, in the interior racks with holes, which are placed in the axis with the sleeve, to which is attached one end of the bracket, the other end serves for fastening to the floor of the car lab, the second region is a face made as metric rulers, attached to the inner rack, and two arrows, mounted on the upper ends of the outer enclosures, outdoor enclosures made two pairs of grooves located on the same axis, and in these slots are the fingers can move in them, and the fingers have limiters located as the outer and the inner parts of the poles.

The technical result is ensured by the implementation of the contact elements.

The proposed device for testing a rail track when the vehicle contains registrars 1, 13, designed to measure the deviation of track gauge and position of the rail track on the level drawdowns, “humps and depressions associated with contact elements 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, vertical parallel inner 6 and outer rack 16, slopes 5, 20.

The device operates as follows.

Attached device through the axis 10, the sleeve 11 and Braunstein 12 to the floor of the car lab, due to the tension of the spring 9 of the base 8, acting on the vertical posts 6 and the rollers 2, together with their axes 3, 4 clips and slopes 5, cause the rollers 2 to fit snugly to work the inner side surfaces of the rail track, and the rollers 17 with the axes 18 and clamps 19 to work top surfaces of the rail track, due to their weight and the weight of the groove 21 of the fingers 22 and limiters 23, with the rack 16 to move freely vertically at the expense of their grooves 21 of the fingers 22 and limiters 23 up and down.
