FIELD: plastic metal working.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for corrugating sheet material includes shaping members rigidly mounted on shafts. Shafts are rotated in opposite directions by means of their drive units. On one shaft shaping members are arranged normally relative to axis of shaft; on other shaft shaping members are arranged symmetrically relative to said normally arranged member and in pairs at mutual inclination angle α in range 15° < α < 90°.
EFFECT: possibility for making constructional members of panels with noise absorption properties.
The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the equipment to obtain the profile of the special section, and can be used for the manufacture of panels, designed as a noise-absorbing element.
Similar devices are known. For example, see patent RF №1824781, CL 21 D 13/10 device comprises upper and lower plates, punch, made as mounted movably in the guide bars spring forming porzucek, the matrix and the pressure element made in the form of pivotally connected with the upper plate of the carriage and a spring-loaded relative to the upper plate of the drum, and the step ledges drum circumference corresponds to the step of forming porzucek.
The closest solution to the claimed solution is given in the description of the A.S. of the Russian Federation No. 320392. The known device is intended for continuous longitudinal corrugating strips of polymeric material and includes forming elements in the form of the rotating base and the pressure rollers, movable relative to each other in height with the formation of a gap to pull moldable material. The device allows you to get straight flute, and the product itself with such corrugations is aimed at increasing strength, properties, and weight reduction. In addition, free p is the original memory location of the rollers on the shafts allows drawing only such materials as polymers, cardboard, etc.
Due to their structural features of the known device provides a receive only straight corrugations. The use of panels with such corrugations as a noise-absorbing element is ineffective, as sound waves, propagating along the walls of the corrugations, practically do not lose energy.
The objective of the invention is to develop devices that provide structural elements of the panels with the corrugations, which reduces the intensity of sound.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the known device, containing the forming elements, these elements in the proposed device fixedly mounted on the shafts, each of which reported from the actuator opposite rotation on the same shaft forming elements are arranged normal to the axis of the shaft and the second shaft forming elements relative to the normal set installed symmetrically and in pairs with the angle between them on the basis of conditions: 15°<α<90°.
Securing the forming elements on the shafts still and message them the opposite rotation eliminates slippage of their relative material and provides easy release of corrugated material.
The location of the forming elements on one of the shafts normal to the shaft axis, and the second in pairs and symmetrically with respect to normle races is than necessary, in the aggregate can get the wavy nature of the corrugations, which sufficiently reduces the noise.
The technical result of the proposed device is the possibility to obtain it elements of panels with shumopogloschayuschy effect.

The device is fixed on the base 1, the shafts 2 and 3 with the forming elements 4 and 5 rigidly mounted on the respective shafts. The drive shafts are gears 6 and 7, which provide opposite rotation. On the shaft 2 forming elements 4 are normal to the axis of the shaft, on the shaft 3 in pairs and symmetrically with respect to the normally located with an angle between them on the basis of conditions: 15°<α<90°.

The process of corrugating material is as of the time: the material is served between the forming elements 4 and 5, the angle of the 5 elements is set depending on the technical requirements of samohlasen given data obtained experimentally. In this case, the angle was set at 60°.
After receiving the corrugated sheet was connected between the two casings, and thus obtained panel was tested from the point of view of noise absorption. This value was 15-18% of the original noise.
A device for corrugating sheet material comprising forming elements mounted on the shafts, characterized in that the elements on the shafts is stationary, and each of the shafts report from the actuator opposite rotation when one of the shafts forming elements are arranged normal to the axis of the shaft and the second shaft forming elements relative to the normal set installed symmetrically and in pairs with the angle between them on the basis of 15°<α<90°.
FIELD: plastic working of metals.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of deforming sheet blank by drawing it through closed working gage of draw plate; using linear electric motor at making shapes. In order to draw blank through closed working gage of draw plate at smoothly deforming it, pulling effort uniformly distributed along the whole length of deformation zone is provided. Said pulling effort is created due to interaction of traveling magnetic field induced in winding of stator of linear electric motor with eddy currents induced in blank for moving blank according to traveling magnetic field. Apparatus for making shapes of sheet blank includes draw plate with closed working gage. Apparatus for making shapes of electrically conducting material includes linear electric motor supporting draw plate with closed working gage; the last is fixed to said motor. It is possible to use as linear electric motor single-side linear electric motor, double-side linear electric motor or cylindrical linear electric motor.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced quality of shapes.

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely equipment of shape bending mills, mainly for making tinned corrugated sheets.
SUBSTANCE: drive unit of shape bending mill with first guiding stand and pulling roller devices includes motor, reduction gear, sprockets, forcing and tensioning gear wheels, roller chain embracing sprockets along S-shaped curve and sine curve. Torque of motor is transmitted only to lower shaping rolls of even stands and of last stand of mill and also to both rolls of guiding stand and to horizontal rollers of pulling devices through sprockets mounted on their axles. Chain embraces sprockets of rolls of guiding stand and of rollers of pulling devices along S-shaped curve and it embraces sprockets of drive rolls and sprockets that are not joined with shaping rolls along sine curve. Axles of sprockets that are not joined with shaping rolls may be arranged higher than axles of lower drive rolls by value determined according to relation given in claims of invention.
EFFECT: lowered cost of shape bending mill, reduced power consumption for profiling, enhanced quality of ready shapes.

FIELD: rolled stock production.
SUBSTANCE: shape bending mill used, mainly for producing tinned corrugated sheets includes successively mounted first guiding stand with cylindrical rolls, shaping duo-stands and pairs of vertical centering rollers. Shaping stands are assembled to units (each unit includes 3 - 5 stands) and mounted on common foundation plate of unit. Vertical centering rollers and additional one or two pulling devices are alternatively arranged between said units. Only first guiding stand is fully driven one. All even and last shaping stands have driven lower and idle upper rolls; odd stands have two idle rolls.
EFFECT: lowered production costs, enhanced quality of shapes.
