Method for manufacturing non-smoking tobacco products

FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology to manufacture non-smoking tobacco products. Tobacco should be extracted with a non-polar extracting agent in supercritical state and water, aqueous extract should be concentrated, obtained extract and concentrate should be mixed with ashes, lime, vegetable oil, pectin and two fractions isolated out of Mortierella verticillata micromycete biomass according to the preset technique, and the mixture should be formed. The innovation enables to decrease nicotine losses and those of fragrance-forming substances and obtain the target product of balanced composition and organoleptic properties of conventional oily product.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.

The invention relates to the production technology of smokeless tobacco products.

A method of producing securitising tobacco products, providing training tobacco, its extraction of water, separation of the extract, its concentration, mixing with the filler, the composition of which may vary within wide limits, and forming (EN 2099992 C1, 27.12.1997).

The disadvantages of this method are the high loss of nicotine, and aromatherapeutic substances, which does not allow to obtain the target product with a balanced ratio of organoleptic properties and nicotine.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce losses of nicotine and aromatherapeutic substances and the production of the target product with a balanced composition and organoleptic properties of conventional oil nasvay.

This result is achieved by the production method securitising tobacco products, providing training tobacco, its extraction with water, separating an aqueous extract, its concentration, mixing with filler and molding, according to the invention, before extracting with water the tobacco is extracted with a nonpolar solvent in the supercritical state, and the extract is sent to the mixing with the filler, which is used as ash, lime, rastitel is a great oil, the extract obtained after extraction of biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata nonpolar solvent in the supercritical state, the solid residue obtained after the subsequent extraction of biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water, and pectin, and the mixture is prepared in the following ratio of components by weight with an accuracy of ±5%:

Ash 350

Lime 50

Vegetable oil 120

Supercritical extract of tobacco 32

The concentrate of an aqueous extract of tobacco, in terms of

on the solids content of 70% 333

Supercritical extract of biomass micromycete

Mortierella verticillata 32

The solid residue biomass micromycete

Mortierella verticillata 48

Pectin 35.

The method is implemented as follows.

Tobacco prepared according to the traditional technology and cut, and then successively extracted with a nonpolar solvent, such as carbon dioxide or nitrous oxide in supercritical condition and water with separation of the extracts. Supercritical extract mainly contains nicotine, aromatherapie substances and aqueous extract mainly kusalassa substances. The aqueous extract was concentrated. Due to the almost complete lack of volatile substances of their loss in the concentration process is minimized. For Paul the treatment of the target product with organoleptic properties of the oil Nasva residual water content in the concentrate should not exceed 30%.

Lime is crushed, sieved and passed through a magnetic trap.

Vegetable ash and pectin sieved and passed through a magnetic trap.

Vegetable oil and calcined filter.

Dry biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata extracted with a nonpolar solvent, such as carbon dioxide or nitrous oxide, in the supercritical state, and separating the extract containing mainly higher polyunsaturated fatty acids. Further biomass sequentially extracted with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water to form a solid residue.

Obtained by the above-described technology or properly prepared the components are mixed in the above prescription ratio. The accuracy of respect for the formulation calculated based on consumption norms of raw materials and the accuracy of the existing metering equipment. The mixture is preferably prepared in two stages, pre-mixing the ash, lime concentrate of an aqueous extract of tobacco, the solid residue biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata and pectin, and then introducing the other components. The mixture is molded, for example in the form of granules, similar to traditional oil nasvay.

Obtained according to the described technology target product compared to traditional " nasvay contains fewer toxic, kantse agennix and Pro-carcinogenic substances, closest to him on the organoleptic properties and nicotine content. Compared with the product obtained by the closest analogue, has a balanced ratio of the content of nicotine, flavor and aroma of tobacco and increased shelf life by 20-25% depending on storage conditions.

Unlike both of the mentioned products, the target product according to model experiments on animals, to a lesser extent, causes nicotine dependence and reduces the time drugs when used in excessive amounts.

Thus, the proposed method allows to reduce the loss of nicotine and aromatherapeutic substances tobacco, to obtain the target product with the closest to traditional oil nasvay value of nicotine content and organoleptic properties and improves hygiene consumption of the target product.

Method of manufacturing securitising tobacco products, providing training tobacco, its extraction with water, separating an aqueous extract, its concentration, mixing with filler and molding, characterized in that before the extraction of water tobacco is extracted with a nonpolar solvent in the supercritical state, and the extract is sent to the mixing with the filler, which is used as evil is, lime, vegetable oil, extract, obtained after extraction of biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata nonpolar solvent in the supercritical state, the solid residue obtained after the subsequent extraction of biomass micromycete Mortierella verticillata water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water, and pectin, and the mixture is prepared in the following ratio of components by weight with an accuracy of ±5%:

Ash 350
