SUBSTANCE: apparatus has carrier casing with member for connecting to individual to be descended, power-type descending speed regulator comprising power block embraced with cable, rotary lever and sliding friction member. Carrier casing is made in the form of semi-circle adapted for arrangement in vertical plane and is equipped with slots for passage of cable through cavities thereof, and handle. Power block embraced with cable is rigidly fixed on rotary lever positioned for angular displacement relative to axis, arrangement along generatrix of cylindrical surface of carrier casing, and is equipped with self-braking screw-type descending mechanism. Descending mechanism has power screw with flywheel positioned at one end and semi-spherical member arranged at other end of power screw for contacting with semi-spherical receptacle at end of rotary lever, and threaded opening made in carrier casing wall and extending perpendicular to descending direction.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased safety of descending of individual.

The invention relates to the field of rescue equipment, namely, devices for emergency descent.

A device for descent of man, containing the bearing housing with the element for connecting the descending person, system blocks, rope, control speed of descent in the form of a spring-loaded rod with a grip (SU 772553 A1, 23.10.1980).

The disadvantage of this device is its complex design, which does not provide security descent of man because of the lack of control of the friction force of the device on the rope.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed device is a device for emergency descent man with a rope containing the bearing housing with the element connecting the descending person, the power control speed of descent, consisting of a power unit covered by the rope, a swing lever and element sliding friction (SU 1237068 A3, 07.06.1986).

The disadvantages of the above system are the complexity of the design and lack of security of the descent of man due to the lack of a control mechanism of the necessary magnitude of the friction force holding the rope apparatus with a man before his descent.

Technical result achieved in the implementation of this invention is to simplify the construction of the apparatus and to enhance the safety of the descent of man.

This technical result is achieved in that the device for emergency descent man with a rope containing the bearing housing with the element connecting the descending person, the power control speed of descent, consisting of a power unit covered by the rope, a swing lever and a friction member sliding bearing according to the invention the casing is made in the form of a ring located in a vertical plane and provided with grooves for holding the rope through his abdomen and arm, power block, covered by a rope fixed on the rotary lever that is installed with the possibility of angular movement about an axis located on a generatrix of the cylindrical surface of the bearing housing, and effect of screw mechanism of descent that includes a power screw with a handle on one end and a hemispherical element at the other end in contact with a hemispherical socket, made at the end of the swinging arm, and a threaded hole made in the wall of the bearing housing perpendicular to the direction of descent.

The apparatus may be provided with a mechanism set initial control of the friction force of the device on the rope in the form of a torque device comprising a screw pair, the index of the friction force of the device on the rope arrow and calibrated scales is, when this scale is installed on the handle axial force to the screw, and the arrow is fixed on the power screw and has the capability of angular rotation relative to the calibrated scale.

Apparatus for emergency descent of man on rope contains a bearing housing 1, with fixed at its generatrix of the cylindrical surface of the axle 2, on which is mounted a rotary lever 3 with a spherical socket 4 at the end in contact with a power screw 5 effect of screw pair of power control speed of descent. Apparatus for emergency descent of man by the rope works in the following way. Developed the e design of the device corresponds to the set of key quality indicators, required for individual life-saving equipment when descending with a dangerous object: this is the minimum time to prepare the apparatus to the top of descent; small size; easy operation and high reliability of the apparatus; controlled fixation of the device on the rope, ensuring the freedom of both hands of the person to overcome the boundaries of the object of the descent.

These characteristics of the device can guarantee the safe running with a dangerous object wide range of people, in which the probability of an emergency descent is very high (at fires, mahogany and natural disasters, terrorist attacks etc)

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes. In concordance with the second embodiment the capsule is provided with winch to pull ropes, which connect the capsule with the anchoring plate. In the third embodiment the device also has winch with pulls ropes connecting the capsule with the anchoring panel.
