Panel faces granular material by surface coated with adhesive.

EFFECT: increased efficiency due to increased bonding strength of adhesive layer with panel and granular material with adhesive layer.

The invention relates to the field of construction, namely the manufacture of tile elements for exterior finishing of wooden prefabricated houses.

Known method of applying a granular coating on exterior surfaces of buildings and parts of the facade decoration and device for its implementation. The coating is applied by pneumatic spraying with the help of spray guns and Roscommon simultaneously adhesive sublayer (polymer paste) and grain materials - crushed rocks, quartzite, marble, non-ferrous slag, glass breakage [Methodical recommendations on the surfaces of fine-grained decorative coatings): CNIIMF, 1987. - S. 4-8].

The disadvantage of this method and device is that they are designed for decorative treatment of hard surfaces - concrete, cement plaster, armocement, asbestos [Methodical recommendations on the surfaces of fine-grained decorative coatings): CNIIMF, 1987. - S. 4]. In addition, way too intense compared to wood stoves - fibrous, particle Board, cement bonded particle (DSPS).

Known method of applying a granular coating, whereby the granular coating is obtained by pushing the concrete mix, cement or polymer solution into the grain layer, evenly distributed on the bottom of the form to the Torah manufactured facade detail. The disadvantage of this method and device that grain finished floor uncured surface, it also serves as an adhesive sublayer, whereas for finishing of wood-based panels need their own special sublayer well linked both with the grain and the surface of the plate.

Closest to the present invention is a method of applying granular material to the surface of building products using a special device - hopper, from which the granular material is caught by the air, goes vertical jet is reflected set at an angle mesh screen and gets on ondelivery surface coated with an adhesive material [A.S. The advantage of this method is the prototype in that the granular material is pushed into the adhesive layer under the influence of mechanical action of the jet, however, getting on a vertical surface, slabs is fastened in a glutinous mass of grain fall, dirty and go to waste, which increases the flow of granular material, leads to an appreciation of the way and reduce its effectiveness.

The closest analogue device for applying granular coating on wood boards is the invention of “Table of oblicovka” [As. the USSR №949128. Ml3. E 04 F 21/00 / A.S. Aces. Publ. 07.08.82. Bull. No. 29]. The device (1) includes a box with a plaster solution, shelf 2 with an opening 3, the adjustable length rod 4 having at one end a platform 5 for the tile, while the other end is pivotally attached to the pedal 6. The rod is moved in the guide rail 7 mounted in the bracket 8 has an adjustable part 9 with the control stick 10. Using a rod that is controlled by a foot pedal 6, the tile is coated on its back surface with a layer of plaster is popped horizontal platform 5. The technical problem solved by the invention is a cheaper method of applying a granular material, increasing the efficiency of the method and device for its implementation.

The specified task p is agrees, however, in the method of applying a granular coating on wood boards, comprising coating the surface of the adhesive layer and the penetration of the granular material from the bottom to the surface coated with an adhesive layer, according to the invention indentation granular material is carried out by pressing the surface of the chipboard, and before application of the adhesive layer plate is impregnated with the molten sulphur, then ground.

This task is solved in that the device for applying granular coating on wood boards, comprising a box having a through hole for the plate, adjustable length rod rigidly connected at one end to ground and having the other end pivotally attached to the pedal, the rod mounted for movement according to the invention, the pad is made in the form of the bottom of the box, moving the granular material from the bottom to the plate, pressing it into the adhesive layer of a plate located in the drawer facing the adhesive layer to the granular material and fixed clamps.

The method is as follows: finishing wood stove, such as DSPS, chopped in a specified format, impregnated hydrophobinum substance to stabilize sizes for outdoor use and prevent swelling from damage on its surface an adhesive composition. Impregnation is proizvoditsa in the molten sulphur at 155°C. Next on the finished surface plate is applied with a brush latex primer and under the action of hard hair brush mixed with sulfur powder, detachable brush from the surface of the impregnated plates.

The presence of sulfur particles in the latex primer may further contribute to the vulcanization of rubber globules in the latex to form a rubber-like film which is firmly connected with the plate surface. On uncured primer coat is applied to the polymer adhesive composition intended for vtaplivanija of grain exterior.

Impregnated with sulphur plate coated with a primer and an adhesive polymer layer is laid down horizontally adhesive layer in the mailbox-bin, overflowing with calibrated granular material, and secured with clamps. Using the pedal movable bottom drawer lifts the loaded amount of grain and presses it upwards to the adhesive layer. Pre-heating of the grain under the influence coming from the heat grain quickly seizes with an adhesive layer. Then the pedal goes down, turn around and clamps the plate with sticky grain is sent to the full aging - pinning of grain. Later in the same procedure, the grain is applied to the next plate.

The proposed device (2) is the table 1, in which is mounted a box with 2 ACC is mportant bottom 3, rigidly mounted on the vertical rod 4. The box is filled with granular material 5. The present invention can be used in construction for exterior finishing of wooden prefabricated houses.

The use of the present invention will improve the efficiency of application of granular coverage due to the increase of the adhesion strength of the adhesive sublayer with a stove, and grains with an adhesive layer. The invention is distinguished by the simplicity and economical expenditure of grain and adhesives.
