A disadvantage of the known bridge-building installation USM is a great time to lock the front and rear suspension, as well as the high complexity of these operations.

The disadvantage of this bridge-building installation, as well as analogue, is a great>avennue technical device aimed at solving the problem of reducing the time required to lock the front and rear suspension, as well as reducing the complexity of these operations by applying hydraulic devices.

Bridge construction system includes a battery Koper 1, tap 2, tying the frame 3, gidropony 4, the base car with 5 cabin 6, engine 7, frame 8 chassis and chassis 9 with the locking mechanism of the front suspension 10 and the device for locking the rear suspension 11. The hydraulic cylinder 35 is pivotally mounted on an axis 43 in the plug 44 of the bracket 32 strapping frame 3, while the piston rod 45 of the cylinder 35 is pivotally attached to the fist of segment 33 with the recess 34 through the axis 46. In addition, the bracket 47 of the hydraulic cylinder 35 is attached springs 36 and 37, while the other end of the spring 36 attached to the ring 48 of the bracket 31 strapping frame 3 and the other end of the spring 37 is fixed for the ring 49 of the bracket 32 strapping frame 3.

Said cylindrical rod is connected with wheel axles through two posts hinge-connected with clamps. Locking device control hydraulic drive contains hydraulic distributor and hydraulic cylinder with connected with disks of locking devices arranged over middle axles of wheels, and is connected through tie-rod with disks over rear axles of wheels.

EFFECT: improved stability and safety at unloading of large-size heavy-weight dump semitrailers, preservation of maneuverability of vehicles, improved convenience and increased speed of unloading.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for dynamic damping of vibrations of automobile sets if furnished with adaptive system consisting of reservoir combined with variable-capacity pump, valve to discharge electromagnetic liquid with solenoid mechanism connected by flexible pipeline with tank. Electronic unit provides feedback through vibrosensor, and it imposes electromagnetic field through winding onto electromagnetic liquid in tank, and changes volume of electromagnetic liquid in tank according to formula: V=2c/ρω2 where c is stiffness of fastening springs ; ω is frequency to be killed; ρ is density of electromagnetic liquid.

EFFECT: provision of vibration damping of automobile sets in preset vertical and cross directions with account of disturbing action and dynamic characteristics of set in preset direction, elimination of negative consequences of vibration.

Additional crane is used for span structure erection.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced constructional depth and vertical rigidity.

FIELD: bridge building, particularly to construct bridge span structures in rivers or in flood-plains in deep water.

SUBSTANCE: scaffold comprises pile foundation, grillage to connect piles of foundation and one or several supports arranged in grillage. SUBSTANCE: method involves erecting temporary supports near permanent piers and in span center; forming scaffold resting upon permanent piers and temporary supports; mounting the first panels of span structure on scaffold; installing erecting crane on previously assembled span structure part and balanced assembling span structure panels in semi-cantilever manner; arranging bend forming means on permanent piers; leaning cantilever parts of assembled span on bend forming means and forming bend with the use of above means. After temporary support demounting in navigation span the span structure erection is continued in full cantilever manner for incomplete section without roadway platforms and paving consoles. Before erection of last two panels cantilever is unloaded by removing erecting crane from assembled part of next span with the use of additional erecting crane with leading on central main beam. Above central main beam is used as launching nose and is supported by bend forming means. After bend forming and span structure unloading in cantilever bottom the same erecting crane mounts members of extreme main beams in panel next to last one in span structure. Above members are rested upon bend forming means. Then ends of extreme main beams are fixed with jacks to level forces acting in each main beam. After that paving panels are laid on panels next to last ones and final cantilever bend is formed. Closing over-pier panel is then installed.

EFFECT: provision of continuous cantilever erection after temporary support demounting in navigation span.
