The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used mainly as a small tractor. The vehicle contains additional chain transfer with a leading gear wheel and two driven gears front and rear, located on different sides covering their drive chain. The drive sprocket of the chain drive is mounted on the motor shaft. Each branch of the transmission includes two belt transmission, respectively, front and rear, led Skive which is mounted on the same shaft together with the driving member side drive transmission wheels, and wheel pulleys mounted on the shafts of the respective driven gears front and rear chain drive. The main disadvantage of known devices is mnogoplemennosti and complexity of constructive perform powertrain.

Closest to the invention is a vehicle containing a carrier frame supported on each side spaced wheels, engine, transmission, made in the form of a belt, with two independent branches, each of which connects the engine with the appropriate level side drive transmission wheels and provided with a control lever with tension roller interacting eloping branch drive belt (EN 2025369 C1, B 62 D 11/00, 1994). This solution is characterized by relative simplicity and reliability, however, the presence of transmission required for reversing, complicates the transmission and reduces the ease of management.

The invention is aimed at improving performance of the vehicle while simplifying the structure.

You can perform airborne transmission of drive wheels in the form of a chain or belt transmission with the driving member on the rear wheel.

The presence of a chain transfer with DV is ingamename forward and reverse each side, enables movement of the vehicle in any direction, thus increasing the maneuverability and ease of control, simplifies the design of the transmission due to the absence of transmission, which causes an increase in performance of the vehicle as a whole.

The vehicle operates as follows.

When the engine is running, the rotation from the driving gear 6 through a chain transmission 5 is transmitted to the driven gear wheels 7 and 8 and, respectively, leading the pulleys 15 and 16 V-belt transmission 9 and 10 of the front and rear of the branches of the transmission of the left and right sides, which rotate in opposite directions.

In the neutral position “I” of the levers 17 control of both branches of the transmission idler pulley 18 occupies an intermediate position between sagging cascading branches of drive belts V-belt transmission 9 and 10, which are freely slip and does not transmit torque to the leading element 13 side of the transmission 14, the drive wheels, which provides the braking mode or Parking.

Simultaneous translation of the levers 17 control of both branches of the transmission in position “II” tension roller 18 tightens the drive belt V-belt transmission 9 Peyia slave pulley 11 and the rear wheel 3 and, respectively, by leading link 13 side transfer 14 - the front wheel 2 each side that provides a mode of motion “forward”.

Simultaneous translation of the levers 17 control of both branches of the transmission in position “III” tension roller 18 tightens the drive belt V-belt transmission 10 reverse gear, which transmits torque from the driving pulley 16, rotating, for example, counterclockwise, to the slave pulley 12 and the rear wheel 3 each side, and, accordingly, via the host link 13 side of the transmission 14 is a front wheel 2, which start to rotate in the reverse direction, which provides a mode of motion “reverse”.

For each position of the levers 17 management side branches of the transmission “I-II”; “I-III”; “III-II; III-I”; is the rotation (turning) of the transport affinity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed control system contains steering hydraulic booster pump set into operation by engine which, in its turn, sets into action steering hydraulic motor. Steering hydraulic booster pump responds to steering control signals characterizing state of steering wheel operated by driver. Steering hydraulic motor provides input action onto track differential drive mechanism which responds to manipulation with steering wheel and sets into action left-hand and right-hand tracks to execute turning. Invention provides system which reveals some failures in steering system and exceeding of value corresponding to steering control signal by output flow of steering hydraulic booster pump.

SUBSTANCE: proposed control system contains control unit which takes signals from engine speed governor, speed and steering hydraulic motor sense of rotation pickups and signals to control steering gear. If steering gear control signals indicate that steering wheel is turned in direction opposite to direction of rotation of steering hydraulic motor, control unit forms and stores first value of ratio characterizing ratio of steering hydraulic motor speed to steering hydraulic booster pump speed. Then, if signal which controls steering gear has not changed at a lapse of definite time, control unit forms and stores second value of ratio characterizing following ratio of steering hydraulic motor speed to speed of pump of steering hydraulic booster. Then control unit calculates difference characterizing difference between first and second values of ratio and generates error signal, if value of difference is less than preset value. Invention makes it possible to reveal failures in steering system and prevents turning of vehicle without order of driver.

SUBSTANCE: proposed drive for vehicle with controlled slipping contains pair of parts of drive for engagement with pair of track belts or wheels of vehicle, at least one drive motor 74a, 74b with single through shaft 73a 73b carrying rotor and projecting from ends of motor. First end of shaft 73a, 73b of motor is connected to one of pairs of drive parts. Second end of motor shaft 73a, 73b is connected to controlled differential device 72. Drive contains also steering control motor 71 in drive coupling with controlled differential device 72. Steering control motor 71 is made to ensure control from zero speed to start straight-line movement to one or metro different speeds in any or both directions of rotation providing control of vehicle at least in one direction.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, proposed transmission of crawler vehicle contains three-member summing planetary final drives, whose epicyclic gear wheels are interconnected by shaft and coupled with engine through step gearbox. Carriers are connected with drive wheels of crawler vehicle being furnished with brakes for coupling with transmission housing. Sun gears are engaged through idler gear by means of gear trains and intermediate shaft connected with engine through controllable reversible hydrostatic transmission. Transmission is furnished additionally with second intermediate shaft connected at one side through clutch members with first intermediate shaft and at other side by gear trains with sun gear provided with additional gear rim for engagement with said idler gear.

EFFECT: improved traction and speed characteristics of crawler vehicle owing to use of two power flows transmitted from engine to summing planetary final drives and further on to drive wheels at straight-ahead running.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism includes drive shaft with drive from axle drive, right-hand and left-hand drive shafts of final drives coupled with drive shaft through corresponding friction clutches, additional shaft parallel to drive shaft and connected with right-hand and left-hand drive shafts of final drives through two gear trains. Idler wheel is built into one of gear trains, right-hand or left-hand or left-hand one. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, electronic system is built-in parallel to mechanical steering system with steering clutches. Said electronic system consists of steering shaft angle pickup, digital speedometer reading vehicle linear speed, and control unit. Control unit determines radius of vehicle turning in motion basing on angle of turning of steering wheels and vehicle speed, and finds, by preset algorithm, required speed of rotation of each track rollers. Control unit puts out different polarity current of equal value from storage battery and charging generator to actuating mechanisms in form of high-torque dc motors, either decelerating or accelerating traction torque from engine distributed by axle differential. Electrical motors are installed on each axle-shaft of vehicle axles. Armature is built into axle shaft, and stator, in axle-shaft sleeve of axle. Normally closed electromagnetic clutches are connected in series with electric motors.

EFFECT: improved accuracy, ease of control, reduced labor input at maneuvering.
