The invention relates to the composition for a bulkhead of a thin display panel, representing a group of monitors for display, such as a panel plasma and LCD indicators. Composition for forming partitions of a thin display panel or portion thereof contains 50-85% glass or ceramic powder and 15-50% of the binder. Binder includes fotoatelier or curing heat to the resin (alicyclic epoxy, or on the basis of pilgramage ether, or on the basis of bisphenol a, epoxydodecane, simple vinyl ether, epoxydecane olefins) or photopolymerizable monomers and 0.1 to 0.6 m h 100 m H. binding of the initiator of fototermoplastici - sulfonato salt, or its mixture with an initiator of photopolymerization. A binder may optionally contain a curing agent, and accelerator when the composition of the binder is epoxy resin. The composition is formed into, utverjdayut and subjected to heat treatment at 500-650oC. Developed a new material for the separation of the projection display panel, which is excellent in productivity and efficiency applications, the invention can be cured compositions with high soderzhaniya faxing (see the graphical part).

Claims

1. Composition for forming partitions of a thin display panel or portion thereof, containing 50-85 wt.% glass or ceramic powder and 15-50 wt. % of a binder consisting of a composition comprising fotoatelier or curing heat to the resin and 0.1-0.6.h. on 100 wt.h. binding of the initiator of fototermoplastici - sulfonato salt of General formula (I), (I') or (II):where in the above formulas, R6represents hydrogen, halogen, the nitro-group or methyl group; R7represents hydrogen, CH3WITH or CH3CCA; X represents SbF6,PF6,AsF6BF4or(C6F5)4,where in the above formula, R1represents hydrogen, methyl group, acetyl group or methoxycarbonyl group; R2and R3represent, independently, hydrogen, halogen or alkyl group (C1-C4);
R4represents hydrogen, halogen or a methoxy group;
R5represents an alkyl group (C1-C4);
X represents SbF6PF6AsF6

2. The composition according to p. 1 characterized in that the binder consists of a composition that includes fotoatelier epoxy resin, initiator of fototermoplastici sulfonate salt of General formula (I), (1') or (II) and hardener.

3. The composition according to p. 2, wherein the binder additionally contains a curing accelerator.

4. The composition according to p. 2 or 3, characterized in that the binder as epoxy resin contains an epoxy resin with the structure of cyclic simple ester in the molecule.

5. Composition according to any one of paragraphs.2-4, characterized in that the hardener, binder contains a carboxylic acid anhydride or its derivative.

6. Composition according to any one of paragraphs.2-4, characterized in that as otherdirectory panel or part thereof, which consists in forming partitions of the composition according to any one of paragraphs.1-6, the cured molded product and subsequent heat treatment at 500-650oC.
