SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to provide safety at passenger and freight carriages. According to proposed method, vertical vibration accelerations appearing on unsprung parts of car bogies at running of train are traced in "non-stop" mode getting continuous electric signals which are converter into low-frequency discrete signals with preset step of quantization. Then dispersion of spectrum of vibration accelerations is evaluated as time data field and is compared with reference "background" field. If time data prevails over "background" field, derailment is identified and control signal is formed to apply train brakes. Identification of derailment and forming of control signal for each zone of tracing of vibration accelerations are carried out in common self-contained closed cycle, and control signal is formed as remote communication signal, for instance, radio signal supplied to receiver coupled with standard system of locomotive. Proposed device is made in form of n-row of independent units, each directly communicating with standard control system of locomotive and being formed by series-connected vertical vibration acceleration pickup, low frequency filter, analog-to-digital converter and element to calculate dispersion of acceleration spectrum connected to input of comparator, to other input of which reference "background" field source is connected, all indicated devices being arranged in housing.
EFFECT: improved reliability and provision of quick identification of derailment owing to simplified algorithm of process, provision of emergency braking owing to reliability and address evaluation of derailment, reduced time interval in "derailment-braking" cycle, enlarged operating capabilities of device and decreased cost of identification of derailment.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to railway transport, and particularly to braking systems of railway vehicles. In the chambers of the pneumatic repeater of the electro-pneumatic valve for automatic braking there are pressure sensors, the outputs of which are joined to the input device of an electronic microcontroller. The data from the microcontroller is used in the functioning of the valve of the stepped service brake application for generating the corresponding output signal of the microcontroller on the control channel for the electromagnetic valve for changing pressure in the control chamber of the repeater. The need for such a type of braking is processed by a microcontroller with consideration of data from other sensors and devices, providing for safety of the locomotive. During emergency braking with use of the given electromagnetic valve for carrying out functions in the given time interval after the warning signal has been given, the same microcontroller is used, allowing for giving the required value of this interval. The device for giving the warning signal is also controlled by the same microcontroller, through opening of the corresponding electromagnetic valve, linked to the device for giving the warning signal and the supply main line.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, particularly to increased-length train braking systems. Proposed system comprises operator control station arranged at the locomotive and connected with master computing controller. Radio modem, satellite navigation unit, storage, speed and distance run pickup and control valves connected to operator brake valve. The latter is connected to braking line and pressure pickups with their outputs connected to master computing controller. Detachable braking units are mounted at cars and connected to braking lines. Detachable braking unit consists of master controller whereto connected are radio modem, pressure pickups and control valves furnished with T-joint for connection to braking line. Note here that storage unit incorporates data on parametres related with sequences of cutting in/out of detachable braking units referenced to traffic schedules and route parametres.

SUBSTANCE: special switch is additionally included in brake electric control circuit. Electro pneumatic brake comprises, apart from standard automatic control devices, a modernised control unit with power supply. Control and operating DC power supply sources of supply unit are galvanically isolated and separated from locomotive storage battery. Rolling stock cars or platforms are equipped with braking pickups and additional sealing-off head with built-in semiconductor diode. Control unit operation algorithm controls normalised operating conditions of electrically-driven air control valves and generates continuous alternation of DC forward-and-back-polarity pulses to be sent into train circuit from control power supply. This allows identifying both serviceability of trains circuit and braked units of the train. Aforesaid special switch allows braking electric power supply circuits of locomotive operator brake valve and appropriate light signaling device lamp. As a result, in electro pneumatic braking it becomes possible to identify braked train units.
EFFECT: possibility to control braking processes in electro pneumatic and pneumatic control of brakes.
