The disadvantage of this method is that its implementation is not only with a great expenditure of material (convertible headwear contains interconnected front part with a round cutout for the face, the middle part with cutouts for the eyes and mouth, and back), but significant labor costs associated with performing the procurement of four cutouts arranged in a certain way.

The invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem by reducing material consumption and labor in the manufacture of convertible headgear while enhancing its operational capabilities and aesthetic appearance.

The problem is solved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing a convertible headwear, including cutting out blanks from breathable elastic material, and edges with the formation of a closed head and an open neck portion of the headgear according to the invention cut out two pieces with the same transverse dimensions, but different lengths, from the first workpiece corresponding to the front part of the convertible hat and having a ball the howl of the workpiece, and before the join operation with the corresponding edges of the second blank upper and side edges of the upper part of the first workpiece and the side edges of the bottom part of the first workpiece to the second workpiece corresponding to the rear part of the convertible headgear, consistently impose the details of the first workpiece, aligning the edges with the corresponding edges of the second workpiece and placing the bottom of the upper part and the upper part of the lower parts overlap relative to each other.
