The device includes pipelines to supply a cleaning agent, the cleaning apparatus with retractable pipe and drives its reciprocating and rotational motions, at least one sensor overload actuators associated with the engine control system drive reciprocating motion and the possibility of its reversal when an overload of the actuator, and at least one of the actuators equipped with safety slipping clutch and sensor overload of actuators associated with a slipping clutch and is configured to check its operation. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of protection purifying apparatus from damage when the violation of his normal work.

The goal is achieved in that the device for cleaning boiler heating surfaces containing pipelines to supply a cleaning agent, the cleaning apparatus with retractable pipe and drives its reciprocating and rotational motions, at least one sensor overload actuators associated with the engine control system drive reciprocating motion and with the possibility of reversing overload drives, unlike the prototype, at least one of the actuators equipped with safety slipping clutch and sensor overload of the actuator is connected by a slipping clutch and is configured to check its operation.

When an overload of the actuator as a result of violations of normal operation, for example, as a result of uticaria retractable TVoD, simultaneously, the sensor overload detecting actuation of the clutch, and sends a signal to the engine control system drive reciprocating motion, which reverses the motor.

When using the combined drive from one engine it is sufficient to install one clutch.

The safety clutch is made with mechanical Cams 9, having a one-sided slant, with the possibility of triggering only when the extension pipe 6.

The clutch contains a fixed 10 and a movable spring-loaded 11 coupling. The time of actuation of the clutch is adjusted by changing the force of the spring 12. The sensor drive overload made in the form of pivotally mounted on the flange 13 connecting Ales 11, and the other with the contact switch 15 mounted also on the flange 13.

The device operates as follows.

When you enable the control system of the motor 7 torque through a safety clutch is transmitted to the gearbox. When this coupler is designed for inrush overload, does not work.

Through a rack and pinion carriage 5 is installed on the pipe 6 reported translational motion, through a chain transmission pipe 6 circular motion.

Proposed device contains nozzle head in inclined fastening holder with carrier and electric drive on frame to provide reciprocation and rocking displacements of head on conical surface mainly in horizontal directions, and mechanism for turning nozzle head in vertical plane. It employs also coaxial truncated guide cylindrical bows whose end faces are fastened through support plate to boiler water-wall tubes. "Ω"-shaped slide belts are installed on outer and inner cylindrical surfaces of bows, being rigidly connected both from sides of bases and to each other. Outer "Ω"-shaped belt is connected by rods with frame of hydraulic monitor. Axes of cylindrical surfaces of truncated bows are arranged in one plane with axes of boiler water-wall tubes in smallest section of arch. Said plane intersects vertex of cone whose generatrix is axial line of nozzle head.

Common axis of these hinges crosses center of opening in foundation. Hinges are placed onto foundation in such a way that axis of nozzle crosses center of opening. Case, connecting rods, levers and foundation all together form flat-hinged n-tier model, which is formed by parallelograms. The n-tier model is capable of turning about axis (i.e. it has two degrees of freedom), that's why nozzle has two degrees of freedom and its axis crosses center of opening at any position.
