The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to a method of manufacturing bases waxed paper intended for outdoor swivels confectionery machines.

A known method of manufacture of base paper for waxing is produced, in which the fibrous semi-finished products used bleached sulfate pulp having a lower mechanical strength, and drying is carried out on one drying cylinder. With this method of drying is obtained single-sided paper smoothness, which results in an uneven distribution of wax on the sides of the paper when the waxing and, as a consequence, difficulties in the operation of the machine when it is used [1].

Known base paper for waxing is produced, made without filler and sizing, engine smoothness within 30-50 with low density. The manufacturing method includes grinding cellulose, ebb and drying of the paper web on the paper machine. Low density paper contributes to its high absorbency when waxing, low smoothness reduces the quality of the PC is inferior to the strength of the foundations of waxed paper, received by the intended invention [2].

The objective of the invention was to improve the quality framework waxed paper by increasing the mechanical strength and printing properties, and the technical result is an increase in the density and smoothness of the paper in the calendering process, improving its elasticity, consumer properties of the product packaging or labels.

The essence of the proposed method lies in the fact that bleached coniferous sulphate pulp grind on disk mills at a concentration of paper pulp from 2.5-4.0 wt.% to the extent grinding 25 - 45oSHR and mass average fiber lengths 80-120 DG. Overlap the paper pulp on the grid paper machine are at a concentration of 0.25-0.5 wt.%, and drying - on track slow drying at the temperature of the surface of the first two drying cylinders 30-50oC and the last two 80-40oC, with maximum surface temperature of the drying cylinders in the middle of the drying does not exceed 105oC. followed by calendering the paper to obtain a smooth upper side of the paper not less than 300 and the density is not less than 0.8 g/cm3when the moisture content of the finished paper not less than 7 wt.%.

Cellulose dissolve in the pulper or served with liquid flow in the pool unground mass, where the mass is fed to the grinding disk mill. The settings of the mass is obtained by proper selection of the parameters of the grinding - surface pressure and duration of milling. The filler is metered in undiluted mass, starch glue before applying weight on the net.

To create the optimum conditions for forming a sheet of paper the concentration of mass in the pressure box is kept in the range of 0.25 - 0.50 wt.%.

The paper web after mesh machine is pressed and enters into the drying part of the machine. Drying is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the natural properties of fibers and achieve the maximum possible shrinkage of the paper web. The maximum surface temperature of the drying cylinders in the middle of the drying part of the machine stand not more than 105oC, the temperature at the beginning of drying on the first two cylinders 30-50oC, and by the end of drying is reduced to 70 pass within 40oC. Then the paper calendarbut to achieve a density of not less than 0.8 g/cm3that smoothness is not less than 300 C and relative humidity not less than 7 wt.%.

Specific examples of the method of manufacturing the OS is Lena in the table, listed at the end of the description.

The proposed technical solution, the grinding cellulose on a disk mill to the specified parameters to a large extent helps to maximize the preservation medium length fiber with simultaneous hydration, which positively affects the mechanical strength of paper.

Slow drying contributes maximum to the natural shrinkage of the paper sheet, which has a positive impact on the index of relative elongation of the paper. In addition, when slow drying does not occur keratinization fibers, which is an irreversible process, after which the fibers do not recover their properties during rewetting, in particular, decreases their elasticity and, consequently, the relative elongation of the paper deteriorates the ability of the paper to plasticization.

In addition to these advantages, the reduction of the maximum surface temperature of the drying cylinder from traditional 115-120oC, necessary for the activation of rosin glue to 105oC gives considerable energy savings.

The increase in the density and smoothness of the paper in the calendering process also aims to improve its lasakoski or labels.

Thus, the proposed method of manufacturing bases waxed paper provides a level of quality that rivals any trademark foundations of waxed paper Rolland" (France), "Twisting" (Italy), "Eurex" (Finland).
