The invention relates to the footwear industry, namely the production of soles of vegetable fibers using textile composition. Outsole creates a comfortable and healthy support for mortar feet, as it absorbs and eliminates perspiration and promotes the movement of muscles and joints, providing the foot of the freedom of movement and acting as a shock absorber.

The soles are made from plant fiber, is used, for example, in the production of which is made outsole.

The sole of this type is made of bundles of fibers, bound for the formation of a flat surface. Then they wrapped until they take the shape of the sole so that the netting forms a sole that is stitched for durability on the sides, which gives the final product rigidity.

The result of this procedure we obtained the sole, which can be symmetric and, therefore, be used for both legs, or it can be adapted to the anatomical shape of the left and right legs.

Manufacture of soles of this type can occur manually or using equipment that performs the above operations.

The sole structure obtained by conventional procedures, has a very low resistance to deformation due to the low density of the wrapping fibers. Prolonged use of a sole cause of its damage and rapid wear.

The production of sole takes a lot of time, so as to obtain the final product needs to go through several stages, and the result is high costs associated with the implementation of low efficiency due to the complexity, reducing the level of production in the course is dosw different sizes.

One of the oldest kinds of shoes are sandals with rope soles, the most modest and yet the most expensive because of the difficulties associated with the selection of material for the soles.

From these materials jute is more expensive, and the cheapest is Esparto grass alpha). They are cultivated on poor soils and require a large expenditure of energy, as they are grown and crushing by hand.

Mainly jute is produced in India and is used in the manufacture of cordage, ropes and yarns for burlap and for the basis of bed-linen, made of synthetic materials and requiring a cheap gain.

The closest and the invention is known Shoe soles, consisting of a composite whole interconnected stitch plate having a textile basis, including cotton and jute (EP 0337959, class A, 43 B 13/02, 1989).

The present invention also uses this kind of vegetable fibers, providing a new market for these materials, in addition to already existing that is not able to sell products of this production. This high demand will have a positive result in those areas where it is vey in this invention, use this vegetable fiber like jute. They have some advantages, such as elasticity, depreciation and weak perspiration - quality, comfort and freedom of movement of muscles and joints of the feet, as well as improving blood circulation and physical and mental conditions of the user of this product.

The invention consists in performing the soles of shoes of the composite whole of the United plates having a textile basis. The sole get a connection using the binding material of the two main plates of textile material, resulting in a compact and durable sole, which has more durability in the long term.

Each plate is formed from weft yarns made from jute or of vegetable fibre, similar cost and properties, and weaving basics, with high density and tensile strength, such as cotton staple in combination with jute (or without it), hemp, flax, etc.

The material that binds the two plates one to another, has a high tensile strength along the length of the sole. Vegetable fiber connects the upper and lower plasticizing carpet.

Received the shoes have high density, which prevents the displacement of the plates and holds them. The number of each type of material used may vary, although for the manufacture of the plates and the binding material requires a greater number of jute.

Form, attached to the sole, may be symmetrical and, therefore, suitable for both stop or it can be fitted to each foot.

The size and shape of the sole receive, using the method of cutting using a stamp-shaped soles. This has significant advantages in obtaining soles of different sizes, because the only thing you need to do is to change punch.

In order to get sole, suitable for the form of both legs, you only need one stamp, and rotating it, you can get the sole right and left legs.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where

in Fig. 1 shows a General view of the subject invention with all components of its elements,

in Fig. 2 - is a perspective view of a sole, obtained by means of die-stamp.

The preferred embodiment of the invention

As we can see in Fig. 1, the sole DL is each of which is formed by the weft 3 and weaving basis 5.

The base fabric 5 is made of cotton yarn, forming groups of 3 cotton threads, separated by strands of binding material 3.

Each thread cotton yarn 5 passes under the yarn jute yarn 4, and then, over two strands of this yarn 4, repeating this sequence throughout the entire duck. In each of these groups, consisting of three threads, two outer strands have the same way of its location and the thread passing between them, a different path, passing under gotovye threads 4, while at the threads in the group three threads pass over them and Vice versa.

Bind the material in these two plates are jute weft 3, forming the connecting point, and cotton liner 6, passing the entire length of the sole, in quantitative terms, cotton staple regarding jute from 3 to 20%. The resulting binding material having affinity with uncircumcised carpet between two parallel pieces of fabric.

The execution of these two plates made in accordance with the above description, by using mechanical means, as is conventional loom, which requires only knowledge of tekstilnoye sole, as shown in Fig. 2.

The shape of the sole can be changed by using a press to get the desired anatomical shape. This outsole can be used in the production of various kinds of shoes, providing a basis for insoles and/or, for example, rubber soles.

Although part of the foot in contact with the ground, may include any reinforcing material to increase the strength, the sole does not lose the ability to help easy sweating and acquisition.

1. Sole for shoes, comprising forming the composite whole of the United plates, with textile base, characterized in that it consists of two plates connected with the binding material, each plate formed from made of vegetable fibers duck and made of fibers with high tensile strength textile fundamentals, and the binding material between the plates are also made from these materials.

2. The sole under item 1, characterized in that the binding material between the two textile plate has double or triple the connecting point forming weft with cotton-based fibers having a high tensile strength.

FIELD: household goods and personal effects.

SUBSTANCE: atmospheric air is pumped through the system of horizontal elastic channels available in the shoe sole. They are placed in the cellular layer and do not interact with each other. While walking, the rear part of the leg heel interacts with the support surface of the front part. Then the sole contact with the surface moves to the toe part. At the same time, the load moves subsequently from heels to toe. The elastic channels of minor diameter of the cross section are deformed and blocked under the gravity effect. It helps to push air from hell to toe part of the show. The channel section diameter does not exceed 1.5-2.0 mm. Pressure is increased in the inner shoe volume resulting in air and water steam release through the natural slots between feet, inner surface of shoe top and toe material. The same action is repeated at each step, i.e. the system of elastic, horizontal channels is represented with a pump, which pumps atmospheric air into the toe part of the shoe.

EFFECT: more comfortable shoes, improved hygienic properties due to atmospheric air pumping through the toe shoe part.

FIELD: shoe industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to shoe industry, particularly can be used for forced internal footwear ventilation due to atmospheric air injection through footwear toes. The atmospheric air is injected through horizontal elastic channeling arranged in the sole. The sole consists of at least three layers firmly interconnected. The centre contains soft and elastic material layer with horizontal elastic tubes. Elastic tubes or elastic channels are not interconnected. In walking the heel back interacts to the surface of the former, then sole and surface contact is shifted to the sole toes. Simultaneously the load is sequentially shifted from the heel to the sole toes. Under the gravity channels are deformed and blocked thus pushing the air through the channels from the heel to the footwear toes. Elastic tubes or elastic channels is small-diameter round or elliptic sectioned herewith the internal diameter does not exceed 1.5-2.0 mm. Pressure increase inside of the footwear causes air and water vapour exhaust through the natural cracks between a foot, internal surface of footwear top and toe material. It is repeated with each step, i.e. in walking horizontal channelling represents the pump which injects the atmospheric air to the footwear toe.

EFFECT: improved footwear comfort and hygienic properties.

SUBSTANCE: sole of shoe for cross-country skis or telemark style skiing consists of back part, which comprises shoe heel (13) and front part (12), having slightly cup-like shape. Sole (10) is wholly made of comparatively rigid material, preferably, plastic, and on the side of bottom in the area of front part (12) and/or in the area of back part (11) it is equipped with a layer (14) of protector from comparatively soft, preferably, rubber-like material. To improve bend elasticity, thickness of front part (12), which is on top fixed to shoe in the form of external layer, at least in the area of metatarsophalangeal section M is considerably reduced compared to other parts of sole (10), in particular compared to area (30) adjacent to metatarsophalangeal section M and diverging towards back edge of sole (10). Thickness of area (30) continuously increases, starting from metatarsophalangeal section (M) and stretching in direction of front part. As a result, elasticity of bend around axis, which is mostly transverse to longitudinal direction of sole (10) on metatarsophalangeal section M, achieves maximum value. Using sole of the invention, ski shoes were made with such a sole.

EFFECT: consists in the fact that relatively high longitudinal bend elasticity is achieved with preservation of proper side stability and simplicity of manufacturing.
