Usage: shipbuilding. The inventive sealing system installed two concentric with each other coaxially with the propeller shaft of the vessel includes a circulation lubrication system c directed along the contour of the lubricating oil. In the circuit for each other are the seals of the outer and inner shafts. Seals made in the form of multiple seals with multiple distantsirovaniya in the axial direction of individual seals, mainly ring U-shaped profile. 4 C.p. f-crystals, 2 Il.

The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular, to systems of two seals installed concentric to each other coaxially with the propeller shaft.

The closest analogue of the invention is a sealing system installed two concentric with each other coaxially with the propeller shaft of a vessel containing a seal for the outer and inner shafts and device for the lubrication and sealing of the outer shaft with a pipe for its release, and seal the inner shaft with the hub of the outer screw is connected through waterproofing (U.S. patent N 3469556, NCI 115-34, class B 63 H 5/10, publ. 1969).

The technical result of the invention is to increase the service life and reliability of the seals.

It is achieved by the fact that in the known sealing system seal each of the shafts includes at least three spaced from each other in the axial direction of the sealing ring, mainly U-shaped profile, and the device for lubrication of the seals includes a pump, a pressure side through the supply line communicated with one of the annular gaps between the two o-rings seal the outer shaft and the outer shaft or in its associated sleeve and the hub of the outer rotor is made of the inlet channel, one end communicated with said annular gap, and the other one of the annular gaps between the two o-rings seal the inner shaft and the outer shaft or in its associated sleeve to the hub of the outer rotor is made downstream channel, mostly lying diametrically to the inlet channel and reported one of its end with the said annular gap between the two sealing rings seal the inner shaft and the other with the said annular gap between the two sealing colza pump.

In addition, the system includes vented reservoir and vented receiver, and a vented reservoir communicated with the discharge side of the pump and vented receiver with the suction side of the pump.

The outer shaft 1 through a bearing 2 slide is mounted for rotation with rigidly connected to the hull of the vessel to the pipe 3 to the output shaft and which is installed inside the inner shaft 4, with the possibility of rotation in the sliding bearing 5. With the outer shaft 1 is rigidly connected to the outer screw, which shows only the area of the hub 6. The inner shaft 4 carries the inner screw 7, which is also only indicated.

The seals 8.1 8.4 two outer seals 8.1 and 8.2 addressed to the water W surrounding the vessel, and two internal seals 8.3 and 8.4 facing the cavity lubrication of the bearings and, respectively, sandwiched between two massive rings 9.1 9.5, which are assembled into a block and rigidly connected with the pipe 3 to the output shaft.

This elastic suspension seals 1A of the inner shaft has the purpose of compensation of the fluctuations and differences in the gap between the two shafts 1 and 4.

In the described above, the drive and sealing system integrated system circulating lubricant consisting of injection pump 12, connected to this pump on the pressure side is vented upper reservoir 13, connected to this tank supply pipe 14 to the seal AA of the outer shaft, connected to the supply pipe 14 inlet drilling 20 to the seal 1A of the inner shaft 4, are connected to this outlet seal drilling 22 and connected with the drilling of outlet pipe 17, which is attached to srinaga shaft 1 of the supply pipe 14 is included in the supply annular gap 19, where there feeding the drill 20, which passes through the sleeve shaft 1.1 and through the hub 6 of the outer screw, included in the seal 1A of the inner shaft 4 and there falls into the annular gap 21 between the ring seal 10.3 U-shaped profile, facing to the cavity S, the lubricating oil of the bearing and the adjacent seal 10.2 of the same type. From this annular gap 21, however, offset by 180ofrom the above log, goes back to the return pipe 22 passing through the seal 1A of the inner shaft, the hub 6 of the outer screw, the bearing sleeve shaft 1.1, seal AA of the outer shaft and in communication with the annular gap 23 between the two facing the cavity S, the lubricating oil of the bearing ring 8.3 and 8.4 U-shaped profile.

From the annular gap 23 leaves the discharge pipe 17, which passes through the seal AA of the outer shaft and the pipe 3 to the output shaft falls into a collecting receiver 18.

The system under item 1, characterized in that the sealing of the outer shaft includes four sealing rings, two of which are addressed to the environmental water vessel, and the other two to be sealing cavity for lubricating oil is grown to environmental water vessel, and the third to be a seal for lubricating oil of the bearing.

5. System PP.1 to 4, characterized in that the sealing ring seals the inner shaft interlocked with hull rings, through which the elastic prevents the output fluid pressure of the annular wall connected to fixed on the hub of the outer screw bearing ring.

Ship comprises at least one liquefied gas tank 2 and onboard power plant, and device to feed fuel into said power plant. Proposed device comprises pump 20, vessel 23, injector 12 and fluid line. Said pump is mounted on vessel bottom. Container is arranged in vessel around the pump to support immersed pump. Aforesaid fluid ejector is arranged inside said vessel to suck off liquefied gas from its bottom. Fluid line (21, 22, 24, 250) communicates pump outlet with injector inlet on one side and, on the other side, it communicates injector outlet with vessel.

EFFECT: reduced risks of pump outage or damage.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchange complex of a steam turbine plant comprises a system of main condenser cooling, which comprises the following components serially connected with a cooling pipeline: an ice box, a circulating pump, the main condenser and a drain box, and also a condensate system comprising the main condenser, a condensate pump, a low-pressure feedwater heater and a deaerator, serially connected with a condensate pipeline, besides, the main condenser cooling system is arranged as closed and is equipped with an off-board heat exchanger installed in the ice box. Also the main condenser cooling system comprises a closed circuit of secondary coolant, which is equipped with a low-pressure feedwater heater of the condensate system.

This process consists in continuous use of, first of all, gas generated in cargo gas tanks as the main power carrier for tanker engines. Excess gas is compressed by compressor at low motion speeds and at stops. Said compressed gas is accumulated in high-pressure vessels (200 bar and higher) and its application when gas consumption exceeds its generation in cargo tanks.

Liquefied gas processing system for ship includes the main supply line of the boil-off gas (BOG) configured to be able to compress the BOG created in the cargo tank by the compressor and to feed it into the main engine as fuel. Auxiliary BOG supply line can compress the BOG created in the cargo tank by the compressor and feed the compressed BOG to the auxiliary engine as fuel. Main LNG supply line is configured to compress the LNG stored in the cargo tank by the pump and to supply the compressed LNG to the main engine as fuel. Auxiliary LNG supply line is configured to compress the LNG stored in the cargo tank by the pump and to supply the compressed LNG to the auxiliary engine as fuel.

EFFECT: possibility of efficient use of liquefied gas is achieved.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of guide nonmetallic bearings providing operation of rotating shaft, for instance, rotors of circulating pumps of nuclear power stations, and method of their mounting. Proposed bearing support for vertical shaft includes two guide bearings, upper and lower ones, each consisting of outer split body and cage with solids of revolution vertically split in two. Division plane of one of halves of cage in made in length in form of dovetail. Division plane of other half of cage is made in form of mating slot over length. Solids of revolution are rollers made of viscoelastic material with surface alloying. Rollers are fitted in ports of with clearance in length and diameter, and ratio of length and diameter of rollers being from 6:1 to 5:1. Invention contains method of installation of said bearing support. According to proposed method, split body of bearing is mounted on preliminarily prepared place and other half of cage is driven along shaft from top so that dovetail of one half of cage gets into mating slot of other half of case coated preliminarily with adhesive substance sliding downwards along said slot to mounting pad. Rollers are fitted in glued cage and cage with rollers is lowered into bearing body.

EFFECT: increased service life of bearing support, facilitated mounting and reduced time taken for mounting.

Separator is outfitted by main and auxiliary posts located circumferential of separator between grooves for rollers.
