The use of machinery for communal needs, in particular in devices for recovery of the solvent from the slurry. The inventive device includes a cylindrical evaporator with a disk stirrer and forming a screw surface dams, pipelines connecting the evaporator with the supply system of a deaf and a sharp pair and with the capacitor connected to the water separator. The device is equipped with an ejector mounted on the main pipeline connecting the evaporator and the condenser, and additional piping with shutoff device. Additional pipeline is parallel to the main pipeline and connected to it one end at the entrance to the ejector, and the other at the outlet of the ejector. The invention relates to municipal engineering, namely, devices for recovery of the solvent from the slurry.

However, the known technical solutions do not provide the complete removal of the solvent, since in this case there is no mechanical mixing of the slurry, and process only the jets of steam are not effective enough.

The closest in technical essence is a device for the recovery of solvent from the sludge distillation machines chemically textiles, which includes a cylindrical evaporator, in which you installed the disc agitator forming screw surface dams, pipelines connecting the evaporator with the supply system deaf and steam and condenser, which in turn is connected to the separator [3]

The specified device has several disadvantages, namely:

1. The inclined position of the evaporator creates depot full surface heat transfer steam jacketed.

2. Upon evaporation of the slurry without creating pressure in the evaporator requires considerable time and device performance will be low.

These drawbacks are eliminated in the present invention.

Technical result achieved when applying this invention, the intensification of the process of recovery of the solvent from the slurry.

This is achieved by a device for recovery of the solvent from the slurry, comprising a cylindrical evaporator with a disk stirrer forming screw surface dams, pipelines connecting the evaporator and feed system deaf and steam and condenser, which in turn is connected to the water separator according to the invention, is further provided with an ejector mounted on the main pipeline connecting the evaporator and the condenser, and additional piping with shutoff device located in parallel with the main pipeline and connected to it one end at the entrance to the ejector, and the other at the outlet of the ejector.

FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a cleaning drum for arranging items therein and one or several tanks containing siloxane solvent. The pump for putting items into the drum filled with siloxane solvent is connected between the tank and the cleaning drum. Distiller is used for distilling dirty siloxane solvent in order to reduce clean siloxane solvent. Condenser is connected to the cleaning drum and/or the distiller in order to reduce condensed vapours. For draining all the water from siloxane solvent coming from the condenser, a separator is connected to the condenser. To the cleaning drum there connected is the fan providing air circulation along the condenser, heating coils, and to the cleaning drum for drying and cooling items.

EFFECT: developing the installation for dry chemical cleaning of items by using siloxane solvent, which provides effective cleaning of items by means of the method that is safe for people's health and environment.
