Usage: the invention relates to food engineering. The inventive machine for processing fruit, containing the rotary drum 1 with pins 2, frame 3 and the carriage 4 removal of the fruit located on the housing 5 of the cutting mechanism. In a machine for processing fruit carriage 4 removal of fruits is connected through the connecting rods 6, 8 and rocker 9 with the inner slide 10, has an internal cylindrical blade 11 and lever 12. 5 Il.

The invention relates to food engineering.

Known machines for processing of fruits, containing a rotating drum with pins, the frame and the carriage of fruit removal, located on the body of the cutting mechanism.

The disadvantages of the known machines are complex in structure and low productivity.

Closest to the number of elements of the present invention is the invention according to the U.S. patent N 3586081, class. And 23 N 7/08, 1971, which is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantages of the prototype are:

inability to obtain products having a cylindrical shape;

the greater complexity of machine design;

small performance;

the need for accurate regularproduction and performance of the machine.

For this machine for processing fruit, containing a rotating drum with pins, the frame and the carriage of fruit removal, located on the body of the cutting mechanism, and the carriage of fruit removal connected through the connecting rods and rocker with internal carriage, has an internal cylindrical blade, and lever, with the inner carriage is able reciprocating motion relative to the housing and the carriage of fruit removal, the lever rotating on an axis and connected via a shackle plate reciprocating in the direction perpendicular to the moving carriage, a knife for cutting the second end of the fruit, moreover, the lever is held in the initial position to the stop by a spring, one end of which is rigidly connected with the housing, and the other fixed on the lever, in addition to the frame rigidly fixed knife cutting the first end face and the outer cylindrical knife, while during the stroke of the carriage, the axis of the pin drum coincides with the axis of the knife.

Thus, the proposed machine meets the criteria of the invention of "Novelty."

The features that distinguish the proposed solution from the prototype, have been identified in other technical solutions in the study of this and related areas is s'.

The machine operates as follows.

The actuator (not shown) cyclically rotates the drum 1, summing up the working area of the machine fruit (Fig. 3) impaled on the pins 2. During rotation of the drum 1 is trimming the first end of the fruit with a knife (Fig. 4).

The actuator actuates also crank mechanism, through which the rod 22 moves the carriage 4 to the right (Fig. 1), and the carriage 10 by means of rods 6 and 7 and rocking 9 moves to the left. At the same time the connecting rod 8, turning the rocker 23 clockwise, release the lever 12 and the under the influence of spring 18 rises to the stop 17.

The lever 12 via a shackle 14 raises the plate 15 with a knife cutting the second end 16 in the upper position (Fig. 2).

The carriage 4, moving to the right, their plates 24 removal of fruits removes the fruit from pin 2 of the drum 1 and pushes it on the outside of the knife 20 (Fig. 2). The carriage 10 moving to the left, your inner knife 11 produces the hollow core of the fruit.

From the point of view of technical and economic effect that is created when using the present invention, it provides the following benefits:

Knife is located for reciprocation longitudinally of drums. Tilter is positioned for movement along circle sector around immovable axis.

EFFECT: reduced intensity of labor for separating seeds from cucurbitaceous fruits and improved quality of resultant product.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used at preservation branch enterprises. The device contains a cylindrical body equipped with a screw guide and installed so that to enable rotation, a perforated rotor installed inside the body, a water delivery unit, a feeding and a discharging appliances. The rotor is designed in the form of a perforated hollow cylindrical multiple-thread screw jacket. The rotor is made of no less than three perforated rectangular strips of identical width along the whole length of the strips, convoluted in a vertical plane in a longitudinal direction relative to the strip figure axis and curved along a helical line in a transverse direction on a cylindrical mandrel. The rotor is equipped with a receptacle screw appliance designed in the form of perforated hollow conical multiple-thread screw jacket made of no less than three perforated trapezoidal strips of varied width size increasing along the length of the receptacle part, twisted in a vertical plane in a longitudinal direction relative to the strip figure axis and curved along a helical line in a transverse direction on a conical mandrel.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to expand the technological capabilities and enhance seeds separation efficiency.

The installation contains a cylindrical body equipped with a screw guide and installed so that to enable rotation, a perforated rotor (installed inside the body and equipped with a receiving screw appliance designed in the form of a hollow perforated conic multiturn screw jacket), a water delivery unit, a feeding and a discharging appliances. The rotor is assembled of at least one perforates strip bent along straight lines positioned at equal distance from each other at identical angles to the crosswise edges of the perforated strip with formation of identical perforated parallelograms positioned after the bend on the perforated strip alternatively in opposite directions from each other. The perforated strip is wound into cylindrical coils interconnected along the longitudinal edges with formation of unidirectional broken helical lines and identical broken helical perforated pockets of triangular shape on the outer and the inner perforated surfaces of the rotor.

The rotor is mounted on at least one of the perforated strips that are wound into helical coils and interconnected via their longitudinal edges; the strip is bend along the bending lines positioned at an angle relative to its longitudinal edges so that to form unidirectional helical lines and helical surfaces in the form of perforated polygonal pockets across the outer and the inner surface. The distance between the bending lines is equal to the length of each element of the polygon. The perforated pockets on the inner surface may differ from those on the outer surface in terms of shape and size and may be differently shaped along the perimeter.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used at tinned food factories. Device includes housing, water delivery unit, loading and unloading devices. Housing is made in the form of box closed on all sides containing located in tiers, one above the other, and rigidly connected into a single process chain screw hollow perforated rotors, vibration exciter and elastic elements. Rotors are installed in turn one above the other and are composed of screw perforated surface with helical lines along the perimeter and helical grooves inside the rotor made at an angle of 5-45 to the rotor rotation axis in the form of curved pockets with centers of curvature of curved pockets of helical perforated surface, located inside and outside the rotor.
