The invention relates to transport machinery and can be used in bicycles of different classes and vehicles on the basis of the bike.

Known three-speed bushings rear wheel of a Bicycle, comprising a housing with bushings installed axis, planetary line, brake device, two freewheel and clutch control. Transmission power flow on the outer casing in them is via a freewheel.

A disadvantage of the known design is the complexity of manufacturing on the inner surface of the hub shell of the teeth of the ratchet freewheel connecting epicycle with the case.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the housing sleeve and increasing its reliability.

This is achieved by the fact that in the three-speed hub used roller freewheel, one of which is made with the possibility of axial movement on the movable gear of the coupling relative to epicycle. In addition, the coupling is fitted with a toothed Cup mounted on a movable cone, beveled portion of the teeth which cooperate with the rollers of the clutch connection epicycle housing sleeve and snap it off in low gear.

The sleeve includes a housing 1, the axis of the sleeve 2, the stationary cone 3, the concentration in the solar gear 6, drove 7 satellites 8 and epicycle 9, the clutch 10 free motion between the planet carrier 7 and the housing 7, the sleeve 11 free running with a movable coupling half 12 and toothed Cup 13 between epicycles 9 and the housing 1, an overrunning, clutch 14 control, brake drum 15, the brake cone 16 and the lever 17 brake, led 7 and movable coupling half 12 are the stars of freewheel clutches, and case 1 - their outer clip.

At increased speed clutch 14 is in the position shown in Fig. 1. Braking is effected by rotation of the sprocket 5 in the opposite direction. When this clutch 10 and 11 are turned off, and the helical Cams drove bring the brake cone 16 in the direction of the brake drum 15, pushing the half-ring brake drum against the inner surface of the housing 1 of the sleeve. Half of the brake drum 15 are rigidly connected with the stationary cone 3, which in turn is rigidly connected through the brake lever 17 with the frame of the bike, causing braking of the drive wheel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gearshift actuators in planetary transmissions in wheel hub. Pair of sun gears has fixing projections (23b) for engagement with axle (10) via pawls (12b, 13b). Sun gears disengagement from axle (10) is provided by pawl control ring. This ring has casing (16) with hold-down elements (18) in the form of rollers. Splined grooves (27b) are created on inner circumference of carrier (20) or on separate body (29) capable to slip relative to carrier (20). Carrier (20) rotation provides gradual pushing out of hold-down elements (18) from deep section of splined grooves (27b) with corresponding holding down pawls (12b) and their disengagement from fixing projections (23b) of one of sun gears.

EFFECT: solution is intended to use impelling force of pedal and/or motor as auxiliary force to facilitate shifting.
